“I stopped in yesterday, May 30, around 1ish.Not real busy, 1 couple, a gentleman, myself and another lady. The young girl waiting on us was a very pleasant and friendly girl. Apparently she was the only one working. She had to do everything herself and handled each customer very nicely. Finally my turn, everything going fine. The door opened and the place began to fill up. You could see in her eyes that she was about to become overwhelmed. I truly felt sorry for her and do hope someone finally came into help her. Bottom line is, for a young girl I was impressed with the way she handled her customers and I hope all of the customers were patient with her by realizing the situation. Hopefully the manager realizes and appreciates her as an employee. I know I truly appreciated her and I did tell her to just breathe, she was doing a great job.“

“I was driving in from out of state and since my husband has reminisced about Kmart subs for YEARS, I thought I would stop by Scoobies to pick some up to bring home to him. Unfortunately I was only in town for the weekend, and even though they are closed on Saturdays, the owner so graciously offered to COME IN and make subs for me!! I couldn't believe it! Incredible customer service and my husband said the Kmart subs were DELICIOUS and SPOT ON. Thank you for going the extra mile to help me bring back a memory for him. WE APPRECIATE YOU!!“

“I have had good luck with this Jimmy John’s. Not every order has been perfect but nothing that has made me regret ordering. Today the delivery driver went above and beyond. I spilled my drink just inside my doorway and she stayed to help me clean it up. I’m a paraplegic so cleaning liquids on the floor can be a little tough for me. She even drove back and got me another drink after we cleaned up the one I spilled. I didn’t get her name but she definitely went above and beyond when she didn’t have to do any of it. I appreciate her help and kindness. She’s definitely a keeper.“

“I have been coming here since I was in high school and you can call it nostalgia if you want, but in my opinion this is the best subway around. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but even after not returning for nearly 5 years (just wasn't ever in this area due to moving) the owners still remembered me BY NAME. Name another establishment that values their customers that much. Always has been one of my favorite places near Penn High School and probably always will be. The food is exceptional and the service is outstanding every time!“

“Wonderful worker there tonight on 2/5/23 around 5pm. She was absolutely sweet. I have a big family and order 7 subs. Normally we get some kind of grunt or attitude when saying how many subs. She was cheerful and said we would get through it together. She made everything perfect, with no attitude and a smile on her face. Didn't get her name but big kudos to her for being so pleasant.“

“Best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to in the area. Fast, nice workers and get the order always right. I like to modify my sandwiches to my own preference and sometimes I push my creativity to the max, just to see if I they can keep up. I am not disappointed. THE fastest JJ I’ve been in.“

“My girlfriend and I stopped at this Subway for dinner after an exhausting week. Just a couple days ago, we had a funeral service for her son who passed away from leukemia. As soon as we entered this Subway, our spirits were immediately lifted by the cheerful demeanor of Dre and Brian who were running the place.

It is extremely rare anymore to encounter workers who seem genuinely happy and make you feel like you've been best friends with them for years. We got to talking and sharing our experiences with each other, including heartache that both of them have been enduring.

This was more than just a food pickup. This was a complete reawakening of our faith in people and I am deeply grateful to Dre and Brian for the hope and smile they helped put on my girlfriend's face. If either of them read this, Dre, my girlfriend was the lady in the black cap who held your hands and told you never to forget her face and she wouldn't forget yours.

“The store is always so clean and organized. They have very friendly staff and I feel comfortable eating there. They are fast and efficient as well, always making sure no one stays in line very long, bringing additional team members to help when needed.

The new Jimmy Kickin ranch chips great flavor little spicy but not too much. I think if you ate several in a row without having a bite of Sandwich between, they'd get a little more spicy. A similar flavor to say hot wing sauce and Ranch mixed. I would get them again.
My husband that's not a fan of anything spicy would not like them.“

“I was craving a cheesesteak, but I'm on a health journey, so I needed to modify a few things. PS shows their calorie info individually, and although it's kind of a pain to navigate, I really appreciated the info.
Ordered a sandwich without bread and they added to a bowl. With the calories I saved from the bread, I was able to have a small fry. My store helper was happy to add the extra cook on the fries I asked for (not a fan of soggy). All working were very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well-stocked. Food was delicious! I did add some Slap Ya Mama from my car stash, but that's my business. Lol
Would definitely order again considering the ability to research and put together a healthier, tasty option that didn't feel like deprivation.“

The Subway/gas station combo isn't optimal for dining in, but that's really my only complaint. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard Subway restaurant.
