“Food is always great, and exceeds gas station food expectations every time! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and regularly goes above and beyond to make sure Im taken care of! So happy to have something quick AND good in town backed by quality service!!“

“Upon arriving, Tina greeted me arriving warmly and instructed me where to sit. Since I'd never been there before, Tina explained some about the menu and the establishment. The vanilla cream soda was tasty. I ordered the 1/3 lb burger and fries instead of chips. When the food arrived, I was visually disappointed for a moment because I didn't order a slider but the sandwich i got certainly was. The disappointment disappeared once I picked up the burger. For a small thing, it was definitely hefty. While it wasn't juicy, it was far from dry and well seasoned. The fries, which I'm told are cut up fresh and fried in house in tallow, were a little limp and a bit under seasoned.

Overall, the place was definitely worth the try and I'd probably go back if I'm in town again.“

“Mason Jar is our long time, favorite go to for great food, great atmosphere and the best costumer service in town!!! Whether it is their menu staples, chefs specials’ or local dinners at the orchard, the food never disappoints. Plus, it’s nice to be addressed by name when you walk in the door. Love supporting this small town business!!!“

“Oh my goodness. Received my Door Dash delivery and planned to just take a nibble and eat meal bit later. However one bite and I was hooked - game over. I had the lake perch, piece of catfish, spaghetti and okra. Everything was awesome - fish and okra fried to perfection, not too much breading and spaghetti very flavorful and full of meat - could be a meal in itself. I have been meaning to check this place out for some time. Now that I have I can't wait until my next time.“

“Food is almost always on point! Service is great! Personally I wish it was not so loud. The music is so loud that you aren’t able to hold a conversation with the family/friends you are sitting with. “Danny and Ruben are phenomenal! Awesome customer service, my food is always right and tastes great, friendly and always makes sure I have everything needed like plastic ware, napkins and condiments. They also always make sure the food is plated correctly for no spills or mess. I get my breakfast and sometimes lunch at the drive thru. “The Open Faced Prime Rib sandwich, was the best I have had since Red Wells closed their doors. The meat is so flavorful. My waitress Karley who was the sweetest thing, told me they slow roast the meat then slice it. We had the Hocus Pocus Marg flight. Sooo cute and so yummy. The place is gorgeous.“

“This particular A&W has been around for as long as I can remember. So many people I grew up with got their first jobs there. Now my daughter has done the same. The food is on brand for A&W. They are under new ownership and are making much needed upgrades to the restaurant.“

“I usually prefer this stop if I decide to eat out for lunch. The team running the show during the weekday are always on top of it the best they can be. I'm not sure what happened today.(Saturday afternoon) The food was prepared horendously and the service was actually worse than the food. Please don't forget that we live and work in the same community. “Good first time visit. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice inside and had more of a restaurant vibe instead of a Bar so that was really nice. French Dip had a really good flavor and the BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger was cooked perfectly and was still juicy even though i said well done. The bun on the bugets and french dip held together nicely. Ribs where really flavorful and tender pulled the rib meet off with a fork. Pretzel bites and the deep fried cheese chunks where surprisingly good as where the nachos. Only complaint is the chicken we got was very dry and salad had only lettuce in it but besides it was a really nice first visit. Almost forgot get the homemade chips over the fries they are really tasty.“

“I have gotten them three times twice it was really good good amount third time seeing lazy it was done like crap but I guess nobody's perfect you know every time I just go there about once a month it isn't that bad at all people are decent.“

“I used to manage a dine in restaurant, so I understand how frustrating it can be when the last-minute customers show up. They only add minimal overall sales while lowering your sales/hour and hurt your labor since you have to keep your staff there and paid which cost more than the profit gained usually..... so I am very happy that when my 80yo grandmother wanted 4 quarts of Dairy Queen ice cream because all the others upset her stomach at the last half hour that not only did she get it but the staff was friendly and you would never have known they were just ready to go home after a long shift. “Hands down, my favorite restaurant ever. You just can't go wrong with a Big Boy, with tarter sauce on it, and a side of crispy fries. I have ordered the same thing every time since I was a kid. If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are right!
