“Every time we go here, there is never any doughnuts. I asked when the best time to go there to get donuts is and they said before noon. So we made our way to Tim Hortons before noon today and ordered six vanilla dip donuts and a Blackberry mint refresher. only to realize they gave us six vanilla cream donuts instead. 😑 I went back to get my order corrected and not only was he going to charge for the new doughnuts, he was charging me the 6pk price for 4 vanilla dip doughnuts.when I told him that was absurd and I wanted to speak to a manager he said "well I am the general manager and you have a nice day". so I pulled up to the window because my kid has been trying to get these vanilla dip donuts for a week now. and the so-called general manager refused to sell them to me. so I called the headquarters and made an official complaint. we were treated so poorly I will never go to Tim Hortons again.“

“Last night I went right before close due to getting out of work late and I am very picky with how I want my food which is cook to order. Kirsten and the manager last night were everything. They were so nice and I appreciate them so much just for being nice and not making me feel like I was a burden. I was really hungry so it meant so much I couldn’t forget to write a great review. They all deserve a raise or something free employee meal. Or just whatever they want lol. “

“This Bubble Tea shop is i would have to say, feels like home. when I walked in it was a comforting feeling, clean, peaceful, and such a cute interior design. I have to say ive went in 4 times already. They seem to have the cheapest prices ive seen anywhere near by and the cups are huge! I would definitely highly recommend to anyone who enjoys bubble tea!“

I forgot her name, but she was very kind and even though they didn’t have the lavender like Starbucks has as their other location on the same road, she used raspberry for the whip and it still looked purple! “I like to swing through here on my way to Saginaw. Love the breakfast burritos and the cold brew coffee. Staff have always been really friendly. Only problem is the area they have you pull ahead to if your order isn't ready isn't clearly marked, so it gets confusing and congested. But other than that, nice place to grab a hot to go breakfast and coffee“
