“The service was great, the atmosphere was cozy but what really stood out was the FOOD!!! Every single thing we tried was absolutely amazing. The birria tacos alone are worth driving the hour away that I live. The salsa was great, the guac was outstanding. The rice was delicious and cooked to perfection. The refried beans were by far the best I've ever had. I will certainly be returning!!!“

“This is a very unfortunate location. Already 2 other Mexican restaurants within a couple blocks, one of them very well established. But in my personal opinion, this is the best of all 3, and I wish more people would figure it out. I love it and hope they can hang in there and beat back the competition.“
“We got dinner from them tonight. chicken yum yum bowls, wet burrito, rice, beans, beef quesadilla and a side of chips. It was AMAZING. everything was so fresh. The chips were the most delicious I have ever had. 10/10 can’t wait to get more! 🌮🌮“

“My family and I decided to try taste of bay city for the first time today. The host/server was very friendly and helpful. The food was great, very tasteful and came out in a timely fashion. Will definitely be coming back again in the near future.“

“The food was great. However, the person throwing my food in my bowl because she was irritated I asked for an extra scoop was rude as heck. She needs new training or to be in the back of the house. Saturday night right before closing. The cashier was fantastic!“

“The food was pretty good and consistent. Salsa for chips was a bit bland in my opinion but I always ordered spicy salsa de tomatillo to mix with. Prices have gone up a bit but portion size is quite large. Service can be hit or miss at times.“

“I know it’s hit or miss, but if you’re in bay city and want Taco Bell, this is the location to stop to. The one on Washington is horrible, they will mess up, make wrong, and forget stuff in your order everytime. But this location so far for me has never forgot an item and makes the food WAY better. So 5 stars from me for this location!“
