“I have not been to an A&W drive up in a while. I was so disappointed not to have a window tray with a frosty mug of root beer. Just the standard cup with a plastic lid and straw. Maybe that is the way it is anymore at the driveups at A&W. Too bad. Tastes the same but not the same, you know.“

“Reading the reviews prior, I had high expectations. Had the Ring of Fire and chili fries. Burger was outstanding and they give you a ton of fries. Minor complaint, +3.50 for the chili is a bit much. Overall it was a great experience and definitely would go back if Im in the area.“

“Come down to Westland for the first time and the burger co is definitely one of the best burger places I’ve ever had. The nacho cheese burger was delicious and so were the chick-a-rito wrap. 100% recommended when in Westland. Service was 100% my boy working there on Thursday evening was respectful and very kind. Staff is always friendly, and they'll bring your food to you if they're not too busy.Portions are large, so it can be tough to save room for dessert. If you manage (sometimes it's worth just skipping), they have a wide choice of ice cream, shakes, and other frozen delights.Excellent place to bring family and friends on a warm summer day. “I passed The Hut a few months ago & have been wanting to try it. Well, today was the day. I was a little surprised to see the parking lot fairly full on a rainy Friday, but once I went inside, I saw why. Yes, the place is a little worn down, with tape patching the booths. But I think it's because they are busy and have a lot of customers, so they don't have a lot of time to spend on decor -- although, there are signs and photos scattered throughout the restaurant to look at. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. I've never been there before, but I was treated just as nicely as the numerous regulars who were there. It is apparent that the young women who are the servers truly enjoy their job, their customers and each other -- and I made sure to mention it to them as I left. On to the food. Traditional diner fare, which I love. I got the slider special, expecting 1) just one burger and 2) that it would be small. Nope, these were good sized burgers, and I could only eat one. I chose onion rings (which I almost always prefer to fries -- getting in the veggies, ya know ;) ) and, as others have said, they were REALLY good. I also mentioned THAT to the server, and she said they are hand battered. I left feeling like, well, I'd been given a warm hug on a chilly day. I will be adding The Hut to my rotation of restaurants.“

“This was the best burger I have ever had. Came here maybe 30 minutes before close for a late dinner, ordered 2 burgers and fries, BBQ Rodeo Burger & The CEO, phenomenal. “The MOST DELICIOUS burger place in the area. My favorite is the Shack Mac Burger from the Burger Shack menu! So much flavor!There's also the Aljoom BBQ menu! My favorite from there is the Detroiter Brisket Sub! The meat melts while you're eating it! It's really something special!There's plenty of side options that are delicious as well. “My mom and I stopped in to pick up a carryout after running errands. Wow! The service was incredible. The cashier/waitress was friendly and took our order right away. She was cheerful and polite. Within a few minutes our order was ready to go. The other waitress walked out to-go order over to us. Very good customer service and our lunch was fantastic, hot and fresh. This is great to know since we're over in the area quite frequently. Plus, I saw in the cooler they had slices of cake and pie that looked beyond delicious. “Had the opportunity to stop into this restaurant for a photoshoot and wow! It might just seem like another Michigan Leo's Coney Island, but Sam, Mona, and their staff all treat you like family! They really are passionate, hardworking, and incredibly kind people.The food again is standard good Coney Island fare, but it's the service and personal attention that make this location fantastic. If you're ever in Plymouth, be sure to check them out! Also, keep in mind this is the 5 Mile / Sheldon Road location, Plymouth has a couple of Coney Islands.“

“Visited this location tonight for dinner for my family. We placed carry out. The line was long when we came in to order but moved fast. Placing my order was easy and fast. When I went to pick it up it was ready and waiting for me. Everything was as I ordered it to be and my family was happy with full tummys! I will be back.“

“The food was fresh and omg the soup was SO GOOD. my husband had the club sandwich and fries. Our friend had 2 2 hot dog meal and 2 med chef salads for work. We also ordered a fish dinner. Everything was good. And the quiet of soup was in a container the soak through for the lid. In my opinion the Soup should be in a plastic container. The service was excellent. And besides the soup container issue the only other problem we had was a order of fries was missing. I could not return to get the fries so they were kind enough to hold onto my receipt and I can come back within 30 days and get my replacement. This was what I wanted to do and they were kind enough to agree with me. Their reaction to the missing portion of my order is the reason I believe the service still deserves 5 full stars.Kid-friendliness: They have a good menu selection for kids. “As soon as I walked up to the window I was greeted with a welcoming smile and hello. I ordered a CEO burger and I highly recommend it. The grilled mushrooms and onions give it such a nice taste. Because it was so good I came back the next day greeted the same kind and nice way. Ordered a Sals fries and the chicken was so good. Everything they serve is presented very nicely, once you get it you just know you’re about to eat one of the best things you’ve ever eaten. For anyone who is willing to try something new and has never been here I highly recommend it. I recommended this place to my friends, the ones that actually went and tried it loved it. “Dairy Twist definitely has some of the best ice cream around but prepare your wallets as they are the most expensive too. The family loves good ice cream but I still cringe spending nearly $30 on small or medium desserts for a family of four. For that reason it's only a one or two times a summer visit type of place but enjoy the treats every time.“
