“When I lived in plymouth earlier this year, I went broke because of this place. It's so damn good. I took my sister here last month, she almost cried from how good the burgers are. I bought my coworker a burger from here, she said its the best burger shes ever had. I took my boyfriend here today and he was in love. This is money worth spending. Best burgers, ranch and tatertots around. 1000/10 recommend“

“Just dined in and had Kelly as a server. She was very friendly and attentive and gave us excellent service. I would have given all five stars but it appeared our server was being bullied by the older Arabic waitress and that was sad to see. My husband and I were just looking around people watching and the older Arabic waitress yelled out who has that table and implied something was wrong when it wasn’t and had Kelly come over to check on us when she had been very attentive already. That lady seemed very rude but everything else was good!“

“Went here for a while and came after they reopened and it’s still amazing.
The food is better quality and the restaurant looks much better after their updates! Staff is excited about the new updates as well, they were really hyping up the menu and overall, everyone seemed so excited about the look of the place.“

“I stopped here twice during the weekend of Astronomicon, it was that good. The staff was very friendly, and even remembered my name after one visit! The coney sauce is so f’n good. Honestly can’t wait until I’m back in the area to try more.“

“Seeing the stories of others who also fall victim to crypto investment scam tears me out badly. I remembered when I was in that same situation it wasn't really easy for me, but I was lucky enough to find my way to Helen Stamford who was so patient with me to explain all that happened and immediately she swing into action and recovered my lost funds to me. “We had a really rough week recently—our daughter had been in the hospital, our fridge went out, we were running on zero sleep, and work had been stressful. On the way home, we stopped at Portillo’s in Livonia for a late lunch, just trying to get through the day. The kind woman taking our order asked how our day was going, and my husband honestly said it had been rough because our daughter had just gotten out of the hospital. She immediately expressed genuine concern, told us she was sorry, and said she hoped our day would get better. When we pulled up to the next window, that same sweet employee came over and asked if we would like some free dessert. We thought that alone was incredibly thoughtful. Then she asked us to pull forward for a moment. Shortly after, the manager and a couple of other employees came outside with our food. The manager told us he was going to comp our entire meal and said he understood how hard it can be when your child is sick because he has kids too. They all wished us well and showed such kindness. I truly wanted to cry. My husband and I were exhausted physically and emotionally, and this simple act of compassion meant more than they probably realize. It completely turned our day around. If anyone from Portillo’s sees this—thank you. Your kindness made a difference for our family when we really needed it. If you ever think a small act of kindness doesn’t matter, think again.“

“We are very grateful to Leo’s Coney Island(our go to for coney) who has donated gift cards for the last 2 years to benefit the Livonia Stevenson cheer team. It will go towards a raffle basket for a golfing fundraiser at Hilltop golf course in Plymouth on September 13th. Thanks to our neighbor, Hadley who works there and is a former Spartan for arranging this!

“food was amazing so yummyFood was all hot and fresh. This was the first time my children had a&w and they just loved it. The girls working were friendly. Slight miscommunication on one drink but it was quickly rectified and not a big deal. I think all the chatter in the car made it hard for them to hear. (SORRY!) We ordered 3 very different meals but all 3 of us were happy!!! Excellent food and service.“

“Leo’s Coney Island is a clean, comfortable spot with really good comfort food that never misses. The food is always fresh and filling, but what really makes the place special is the staff. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares, which makes the service feel personal and the whole experience better every time.“
