“I finally made it here for the firat time today! I have allergies to Gluten, Dairy, and Soy. From customer service to packaging to eating everything was amazing!! I was so impressed that he started off by asking if I had any allergies, then if I had ever been there before. The food is absolutely amazing and I am so glad I purchased enough to last me for several lunches at work. I will be back and I will be telling everyone. Also, the restaurant was so so clean!!! The owner was also very kind to me little guy and talked to him.“

“waited too long in drive thru, hot my order wrong, refused to show us the receipt, ordered extra fries as a side and just got the normal amount but charged for double, charged us different prices than was on the menu not just a dollar like tax either it was a lot more , when asked to give us the items messed up or missing from orser extremely rude old waiter with a mask (only person wearing a mask, take a hint lady)and wrinkles she wore at us and tried to charge us 7 more dollars then threw our money at us and told us not to come back ....dony worry we wont your food ain't that good, we come there out of convenience not prices or taste...we will make the drive to starlight from now on“

“My daughter and grand kids took me to Dom's Diner for "Mother's Day" on Sunday, May 11, 2025. Everyone's food was great. My daughter had fish and fries, one of the grand kids had the alfredo with shrimp and chicken. My other grand son had chicken and fries. The youngest had mickey mouse pancakes with bacon. It was the first time I tried chicken and waffles, they were delicious. The waitress went above and beyond, and you can't find this time of service everywhere..“

“The food is usually pretty good. I especially enjoy their Slim Jim sandwich. We stopped for a late breakfast, and I should have ordered the Slim Jim. I had a breakfast bowl instead, and it was just a hot mess that gave me indigestion. I never even finished it. I am still giving them 4 stars because it wasn't their fault that I chose the wrong dish. I miss all of the Big Boys that have shutdown north of this location.“

“Sagano Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse in Flint was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and the entire experience felt top-tier. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the hibachi was cooked perfectly, and every dish came out hot, delicious, and full of flavor.

What really made this place exceptional was the service and atmosphere. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome the entire time. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had a great energy that made the meal even more enjoyable.

The walk in store to purchase by the slice or full, family size is convenient. You’ll probably leave with more than you came for! Don’t forget to order early for the holidays, they sell out fast!“

The hostess was very rude when we entered and should not be welcoming guests. His name was Connor. We almost turned around and went somewhere else. “Food was great, but service was poor. It took way too long to be greeted by a server, she would then disappear for long periods of time. Also, we didn’t receive the promo envelope as advertised at the end of our meal and gave up waiting for her to return to ask about it. We will probably return because the food and beer was delicious, but we will remember to sit by the bar in order to be more visible to the inattentive waitstaff.“

“This Applebee's was located in Flint, Mi. I was meeting family there. This restaurant is located just off 69 Hwy at Miller's Rd. Bear right at the light and you're a minute away.
The food was very good and you have many items on the menu to choose from. Service from the staff was pleasant and wait time for the food was great. Not too fast, but time to have a few sips of your beverage.“

The hostess was politet & acodomadating for my seating request. Our male, waiter was very busy due to Friday night parties, but it didnt stop him from making us feel as we were his only patrons. “I placed excellent job. The same order was placed June6, 2023 and again June 8, 2023. One order June 6th was superb. The order and chef did an excellent job. Time of order 11:08 A.M. On June 8th the time of the order was 12:53 P.M. The brisket was not tender the chef was stingy on the chicken, all in all the package was not worth $49.82 Whoever the chef was June 6th give him a raise. I cannot say the same for the order Feast for Two for the chef that served it.“

“Big Johns is a Flint icon!! If you want a tasty, belly filling sandwich, this is it!! It's Not the cheapest, but, it is the best. I highly recommend the steak and onion, the club and other sandwiches are great as well. Though, their reputation was built on the original steak and onion!!!“

The Mongolian Beef is outstanding, the General Tso’s chicken is fantastic, and their crab rangoons & dumplings should be illegal, they’re so good. I told you I would do my best to watch for your car, however, I missed you. I thought that might happen, since I have a limited view out of my front facing windows. Because of this, I gave you my phone number to call in case I didn’t see you pull in. I only learned of your arrival when my manager called me from the bar downstairs to let me know you were there. Upon meeting you downstairs, you very angrily informed me in front of my patrons and coworkers that you had been blaring your horn at me from the alleyway (which silly old me couldn’t hear from my apartment that is indeed upstairs and indoors) and you had sent me a text (which I never received). I’ve had pizza delivered here many times from hungry howies and no one has ever had an issue giving me a quick call to let me know they were there. Anyway, as someone who works as a server, I completely understand that the service industry can be very frustrating. “Ruggero's catered my mother's 80th birthday party for 50+ people. The food was out of this world and the prices were very reasonable. People kept coming up to me asking where the food was from because they loved it so much. We all agreed it was the best lasagna we'd ever had. The staff was amazing to work with as well. While we have always had a good or neutral experience, today's was exceptional primarily due to the excellent and friendly service we received from our server Quentin. He is exactly what our workforce needs to remain competitive in the world today. It may sound trivial but as someone who has worked with the general public for 40 years, it's no small matter to satisfy and please the sometimes unreasonable demands people have. “I had met with a group in banquet room after a homegoing service! I had always heard people talking about how much battery the point location was in the Saginaw Michigan location and I’ll tell you what I will go to hands down everything I cried was just absolutely wonderful I thoroughly stuck myself up there very happy and very full I would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone any one of the employees that I had happen to have contact with were more than helpful more than polite I was very very pleased with my afternoon there“
