“**Edit: Owner called and apologized. appreciated that. I do however believe the staff does what they please and do not fear any consequence of their actions due to this not being the first time👎🏻 Sad thing, I really like their food and menu but what terrible employees or policies from owners. This is now the 2nd time that we try and order over the phone and basically cant. Previously they said they weren't taking orders so we did it online and they messed it up 2x. Tonight at 5:40pm I called to place an order and the younger girl after taking 3 phone calls to answer, said that they just sat 2 large tables and its going to be a while. Told me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes because the people in the restaurant take priority and i said, even though our money all spends the same? She said yeah because they are here? So if to go orders come in they get pushed? This is insane. Why do take out? I have NEVER, EVER had someone say that. They missed out on a $100+ order from a large family because not all customers are treated equal. This unfortunately will be the last time we give them business :( Great food, terrible customer service/policies.“

“By far, Prost is my absolute favorite restaurant. It's my go to spot for "me time", and I love to over order so I can spread everything back out again at my hotel later that day. The food is outstanding, wine list is spectacular, service is beyond compare.“

Also the Caramel Apple shake is the best shake i’ve ever had. The pumpkin one was good too.“

“Food is always delicious...we have ordered there onion rings before many times because they taste hand battered...so good...But this last visit Iwe were disappointed with the onion rings..they tasted and looked like frozen out of the bag or else they used an all together different batter..not tasty....but everything thing else was excellent...“

“Our Easter meal started out great. Our server started out getting everything we ordered to the table promptly, and checking back to see if anything else was needed. She later came back to ask about containers, and dessert. She returned with multi containers, & dessert at the same time. This jammed up the whole table, as we struggled to package everything, while our ice cream sat melting. We felt like we were being rushed out the door. We have never experienced this before. “Clean, wear mask and obey the rules, take out food available and drinks under tent, great way to spend a few hours. Pool and nudgemaster available inside, that's great also especially since everyone else is shut down !!! Go visit them !!!“

“So we calorie splurged on a Big Ole Applebee's burger and switched up to waffle fries (for a nominal fee), and got 5 and a half waffle fries on the plate... not at all what we expected for an upcharge side. Our server agreed that was 'kinda skimpy' and said she would 'go yell at him for us'... We never saw a manager to flag down, which is unusual at Applebees, and will probably go to a different Applebees next time. We do like menu and the food, but there's an Applebees at every exit!“
