“My daughter & I came in for dinner Thursday, this was my first time there in 20 years. Our waitress was Alisa...she was amazing & so friendly. We enjoyed chatting with her. Please tell her Debi & Tammy really appreciated everything & we thank her very much! The food was outstanding!“

I do however believe the staff does what they please and do not fear any consequence of their actions due to this not being the first time👎🏻 Sad thing, I really like their food and menu but what terrible employees or policies from owners. This is now the 2nd time that we try and order over the phone and basically cant. Previously they said they weren't taking orders so we did it online and they messed it up 2x. Tonight at 5:40pm I called to place an order and the younger girl after taking 3 phone calls to answer, said that they just sat 2 large tables and its going to be a while. Told me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes because the people in the restaurant take priority and i said, even though our money all spends the same? She said yeah because they are here? So if to go orders come in they get pushed? This is insane. Why do take out? I have NEVER, EVER had someone say that. They missed out on a $100+ order from a large family because not all customers are treated equal. This unfortunately will be the last time we give them business :( Great food, terrible customer service/policies.“

“By far, Prost is my absolute favorite restaurant. It's my go to spot for "me time", and I love to over order so I can spread everything back out again at my hotel later that day. The food is outstanding, wine list is spectacular, service is beyond compare.“

“Clean, wear mask and obey the rules, take out food available and drinks under tent, great way to spend a few hours. Pool and nudgemaster available inside, that's great also especially since everyone else is shut down !!! Go visit them !!!“

“Using the APP, I order from the Bob Evans Birch Run location, from my work location at a Detroit school usually once a week or more. My husband picks it up in Birch Run as he works nearby. Our food is always ready for him when he walks in the door. If they have questions about our order, they call me for clarification. I can’t thank the managers enough who have had to take my calls to switch ASAP to 5:00 when I complete my order too quickly. I’d especially like to shout out to the wait staff who does a great job packing our order. My husband says everyone is always extremely friendly and quick to get his items so he can start the long drive home. A special shout out to Abby!
