“VESTAVIA HILLS, AL LOCATION: I have been excited to tell yall about this place man (video review coming soon)! I got the chance to go to the grand opening of Dave's Hot Chicken and boy did it live up to the hype! Let's start off with first impressions. The building looks super cool from the outside to the inside. From the dope color skeems to the patterns and art work. Staff was amazing as well. Even though we were in a long line everything moved quickly. Staff was very helpful and whoever that lady manager is was doing her freaking job boy I loved her! Now let's get to some negative before we get to the positive. Something was absolutely wrong with that milkshake machine or the product. It was awful tasting and had a weird stringy like glue consistency. We don't know what it was but we quickly threw them away. We even saw other customers pouring their milkshakes out rinsing the cups and getting soda instead. Hopefully by now they have caught this and fixed the situation. Now the positive. The food itself I don't have anything to say but delicious! The chicken was good and everything went so well with each other. Like man the only thing to me that was just okay was the macaroni and cheese it was just cheese and noodles. It just needed a little salt and pepper and it would have been in there. “I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast. The hash Browns are out of this world. They're not what you would expect. A hash brown to be, they are like flat little tater tots.Absolutely wonderful.They are my favorite.I have breakfast here every time I go to the doctor's office, I try and make my doctor's visit early. So I can go while they're still serving breakfast.
My favorite thing to order is their sausage, biscuit I add scrambled eggs. It's the best and I always get my hash Browns. For the price, you can't beat it.“

“This is my go-to place for fried fish and chicken. The fried green beans and fried corn on the cob are also delicious. I turned a couple of my friends on to this place as well, including a friend visiting from Georgia. She liked the food so much, she took pictures and posted them on social media. I also appreciate the good service provided by the young ladies who take the orders. Manhattan will continue to get my business as long as they continue or increase the level of service they currently provide.“

“I really had the best sweet spaghetti here. But was extremely grossed out by an elderly man just living next to the register? Just a full hospital bed chilling right at the end of the pickup counter on the way to the restrooms.... For all to see.
