I am a service provider for the building to the manager was awesome with service helping me make my job easy. The food and service was awesome once we finished are job. Highly recommend! Shout out to ty!!!
First time going to a chic-fil-a, the drive through was set up so faster order are not held up as much if they get stuck behind a bigger order, I liked that there was an actual person with a tablet that took my order and all the staff were helpful and very friendly. Sometime chicken isn't as crispy. But everything else is excellent.

Chick-fil-A is a new restaurant location. The service is often good and friendly, with great customer service from a helpful and efficient staff. Many employees are clean, nice, and trying hard, though they are clearly new and still getting used to things and finding their footing. The team members work with tight choreography despite the pressure, especially the back-of-house crew who hustle doing the most important jobs. The food is generally excellent, with quality that shows. Many items are fresh, hot, and prepared just right, with nuggets that taste good. However, there can be inconsistencies. Orders sometimes have missing items like straws, egg on a cobb salad, or forgotten elements. Fries can be room temperature, seem like they've been sitting, have very dark pieces, or be undercooked. Lettuce on a salad can be wilted. The drive-thru experience can be slow, with long waits where cars are passed up or ignored, though walk-up service is also available. The restaurant is clean and nice. It is a little pricier than competitors, but quality costs more. Many customers are happy it opened, find it their new favorite place to dine, and will definitely be coming back, willing to give the location another try. Children enjoy their food and leave smiling. The location is convenient for the neighborhood. While it is a new store during opening week and cannot please everybody all the time, the overall sentiment is positive and welcoming.
