“This is our first time here and from the start our service was awful! We stood by a sign that said wait to be seated as two waitress was went past us and never said a word. We asked, “do we seat ourselves?” As one dashed by and she said, “yes I thought someone told you.” So we sit down and wait and no one serves us. My husband finally had to go get someone, again. 3 waitresses we’re walking by our table. I think it’s obvious we won’t be back, even if the food is good.“

My last visit the owners mother, who cooks with her husband, came out and socialized with us asking how the food was. I gave her a good review and offered a suggestion that she really liked. I’m going back with some girlfriends for lunch today. I’m anxious to see if they put the suggestion into place.“

Crispy, sweet, and spicy in all the right ways. The Beer Battered Mushrooms were another win — crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and that ranch dressing they serve with it is next-level good. For mains, the Big Bry Burger stole the show. Juicy patty, applewood bacon, provolone, and their house-made Thousand Island sauce all on a soft brioche bun. The Mel Burger had the perfect kick with jalapeños and peppers mixed with bacon and melted cheese. The Stuffed Burger is a must if you like a little heat — filled with jalapeño cream cheese and topped with bacon and mayo. Finally, the Chicken Tender Basket was simple comfort food done right. Crispy tenders, golden fries, and plenty of sauce options. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything tasted fresh. If you are anywhere near the area, this place is absolutely worth the stop. Great food, great people, and a guaranteed good time.“

“From central Illinois (nowhere near Chicago) spent a long weekend north of Muskegon, and enjoy checking out breweries. Unruly is in my top three of all I've visited. Was there Apr 26, and had a great conversation with the bartender, loved the vibe, artwork, and especially the brew. The scotch ale was near the top of any I've had......the stout was coffee forward with a chocolately finish (but not heavy)........and the sample of the barrel aged porter was incredible. If your distribution was this far south, I'd be buying often. You guys do it right.“

“Only reason I gave the atmosphere 4 stars is because I wouldn't want anyone to expect valet parking. It's a friendly local spot with a great grill. I had a wet beef burrito and loved it. $2 Natty light draft is another great reason to stop by.“
