“My husband and I stopped in to Jumpin Jave today for a hot chocolate and coffee. After seeing their menu, we decided to order lunch. Everything sounded great! The club panini was delicious, as was the hot pretzel that I had, and the blueberry muffin we shared for dessert. I would highly recommend stopping by Jumpin Java for breakfast or lunch. Great value, too!!“

“Excellent customer service. Espresso machine broke right after we had ordered our drinks and the manager was so great in getting it resolved. They were able to make different drinks for us with what they had and even give us a free drink card for next time. Very apologetic and professional the whole time. 5/5“

“I am a regular at the Sweet Spot. I go there primarily for the take out salads. Their salads are wonderful. They also have a variety of coffee drinks, sandwiches, soup, wraps, cold drinks (lemonade) and baked goods. Their customer service is excellent; with friendly wait staff. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the Sweet Spot.“

“Always have a good experience at any of the Brooklyn Bagels locations. The bagels are truly the only real option for a real bagel in Muskegon. No one comes close. They have many different flavors of bagels, some that can change seasonally too. The cream cheeses are always made fresh and are delicious. I like everything offered on the menu. Including the hot and cold coffee beverages, the sandwiches - breakfast or lunch. You really just can't go wrong. Just be prepared to eat. The bagels are the size of your face and they don't skimp on the cream cheese either!!“

“Rachel W. Is always friendly and usually is the first person that greets me even after walking through the entire Meijer. I tend to prefer going to other stores and pharmacies so I don’t come into Meijer often. But the last two times Rachel was the barista and very friendly. Actually the Starbucks employees all have been nice.“

“Looking for a tim hortons on our arrival to dance nationals in muskegon. Conveniently located in front of Meijer as well as Walmart across the street. We have found that each tim hortons is different in quality of food and coffee but this one did NOT disappoint. Excellent taste. Definitely recommend“

“The two girls working at the very busy Harvey St location this morning, did an amazing job. My son went in to try and get a color changing cup because I am so sick today. He purchased his drinks and received a cup for me. I'm so grateful! He waited a long time and was very patient because of how incredibly busy these two girls were. He said they did a really good job. I've always loved Biggby better than that "other" coffee shop ⭐. Now I love them even more! Biggby coffee is my happy place. ☺️“
“The staff here are absolutely amazing! They are very personable and knowledgeable of the products/menu. Plus, I always enjoy coming in and talking with them as well as any of the regulars that are there. I love coming through here on my way to work to grab a tea and shake. This is probably one of the best stores in this business that I have visited in over 5 states, keep up the amazing job!!“

“We used to love Brooklyn Bagels other than the occasional we don't have any bagels (Odd since that's literally in the name) but within the last 6 months they have gone downhill. We have visited 2 of the locations and had the same results. Long waits, Chai used to be amazing, is now watery. No one seems to be managing the location we've been too, just a bunch of teens trying to figure it out. Currently at the Apple location and have waited 20 minutes for 2 bagels with minimal other customers. We try to support local but will need to move on from this local business. Too many chances given.“

“I regularly come to this starbucks an always have such a great experience!! The baristas are all so kind and the drinks are amazing as usual. The biggest problem is the parking lot and drive through which are just pretty small and a bit awkward, besides that I have nothing but good things to say!“

“There should be more signage to show not to block the driveway because I’m really tired of people cutting in the line. The gap is left so people can leave the parking lot but almost always someone takes the gap as a place to cut the line.“

“Spend over $30 get 2 big breakfasts with hot cakes, no jelly gave us 1 syrup & 1 butter for everyone .. called & they said if you wanna come back we will give you another syrup lol .. won't be back !! Village restaurant from now on !!“
