“The food was good on my end. My man had a small clump of hair in his food. They actually took his food off the bill due to the hair! The really made our stay better! I got the tour of Italy and my man had the 5 Cheese ziti besides that our experience was great. Unfortunately had to put 4 stars on the food just because of the hair. “Went here for my dad’s birthday this year and had a wonderful time! We are no strangers to Olive Garden, but this experience stood out among the rest. Our server, David, was incredible! He was so kind and attentive and cracked jokes with our family throughout our dinner. The food was incredible, our refills were prompt, and our service was fabulous.
I would recommend the Grandville Olive Garden to anyone, but especially with David as a server.“

“Boardwalk has been my go to sub spot for over a decade. Unfortunately I moved to a different state now, but anytime I'm in Grand Rapids I find my way here.
Their menu is great, but one of my favorite things to do is just walk in and have whoever is helping me create their favorite or experiment. This particular evening Kayla and Grace did not disappoint and gave me a great take on their turkey & prostini.
The staff has always treated me great and the quality of food has been consistently wonderful.“

“OMIGOSH. The best pizza and a community favorite. Their garlic bites are a family favorite; covered with Parmesan cheese and garlic butter, they are scrumptious! The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan.Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple.No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us.(Seasonally, there is a delicious ice cream shop next door with tables outside (Frosty Treat; another delicious community staple).)“

“Im Happy to say Mcalister's didn't disappoint... almost.
First and foremost. This place is better than the Penera across the street. I'll die on that hill.
Secondly their food is amazing for sit down. And am yet to complain when I dine in. Truely 5 star experience if I say so myself for a deli shop.
Third... the drive through needs work or a new order of operations to keep food FRESH throughout the process.. what do I mean by this? I have only had issues when going through the drive through. Soggy toast. Messy sandwiches falling apart. And the most recent one of French dip sauce being half put on and thrown into a to-go bag just to have it spill over my fiancé's WHITE gaming chair apon opening. I wish I had took pictures but im telling it for what it is.
Final thoughts:
Overall ill settle for 4 stars but cannot give 5 until they fix the drive through situation. Not quite sure if there is a process that can be adjusted to ensure toast doesn't get soggy, loose items won't spill or leak, and food doesn't feel like its been sitting for 30min wrapped heavily in wrapper for steam to soggy it all up. I know a deli has a lot to keep up with. For them to have a drive through is great! Perfect for people on the go quickly. But all i have to say is I'd rather sit down when I can- every time.
The customer service while dining in is unprecedented with any other location I can think of. Everyone is so nice and very quick to help anyway possible to ensure your experience is up to their standards. The staff are doing very well. Especially the lunch crew as of this date. The evening crew seems to lack a little bit of coordination from what I can see by prospecting. But none the less the service was the same.
The atmosphere inside is somewhat homely. What i mean by this is- as a 2000s kid growing up and listening to the radio with my dad was a big part and their music selection and over all inside vibe is great, relaxing, and perfect to unwind with the family and enjoy some fresh deli products.

“On Monday evening, I visited the Standale store after rushing home from work and collecting my two young kids. I had a 16' equipment trailer behind my truck with 6000 lbs of material, which meant I could not squeeze through a drive-thru. I waffled on what to do, and there was no available parking. So, I remote started the truck, ran inside, to which a very kind customer let me pass, and the cashier named Jim urgently took my order and, without hesitation said he would bring the food to the truck, so that I could quickly get back to the kids. I was probably in and out in 2 minutes. Just a few minutes later, Jim came out with the order, and spoke to me like a true human, and said hi to the kids. And when the chocolate milk was missing, he ran back inside and grabbed two bottles, with apologies.
Chick-fil-A is built on service, so, I wasn't shocked that this would be the one place where they'd go above and beyond, but even then, it left a memorable mark on me. I had to leave a glowing review. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. Coming off an instance of bad service just days ago, this was incredibly refreshing. Thank you Jim and Chick-fil-A!“

“Adobe is legit. The bean dip is really good. I've had their wet burritos a few times and I like them a lot. Chips are also good. This was our first time dining in the Grandville location. Nice place- they've done a good job with the remodel. This building has had about 5 different businesses in the last 10 years. Hope Adobe stays.“

“I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“
