“No bad experiences ever.
Vegetarian options: Guess it depends on the vegan, many vegtable toppings to make a veggie sub.
Dietary restrictions: Umm. If ya can't eat it don't go there! But if you have to eat and get back to work in a half hour. Dis must be da place
Parking: I drove up and I just parked.
Kid-friendliness: Never in there long enough to assess the little darlings. I grab the food and go.
Wheelchair accessibility: My wife's in a power chair. So naturally accessibility is important.“

“Food was excellent. Service was friendly. I was a little put out by the fact that they asked us to check our to-go order before we left just because we were getting food replaced from a previous mistake. Why bag it all and make us take it out and open it only to reseal it and re bag it?“

“Walked got greeted by Sabrina
She took my orders and I'd ask for my usual with extra and boy did she load me up.
Other Subway establishment in Lansing area especially the one on Waverly need to take some lesson.
When you have employees that care at what they do you'll get Happy Customers that will always come back.
Thank you“

“Jose and Liza were very accommodating when I came in at the end of the shift. I hadn’t eaten all day and really appreciated the attention to detail that Jose provided, while being friendly without being impatient that I had disrupted their preparation for ending their long day.“

“These subs, if you get a full size truly are so giant. The bread is fresh and made so well. I would have bought loaves to take home. The sandwich construction is good and the options for condiments were awesome. I wished I lived closer I would eat it more often.“
