When I got there she had taken the time to individually wrap and on the bag of each quarter sub mark what it was. She made sure everything was there and bagged it for easy carry out! “As im sitting in the subway parking lot, im feeling really bad for an employee. The supervisor seems frustrated with his day, as all can be, however decided to reprimand his colleague in an absolute disgusting tone. I could see the embarrassment flush in her face and felt terrible. Employees make mistakes, but as a supervisor you should never reprimand an employee like that in front of customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if the poor lady quits. I know I would. The gentleman who made my order was also kind, and I asked him to pass along my words of encouragement to her to hopefully make her feel less embarrassed . If you were working and leaving around 5:45 and see this ma’am, truly don’t let him get to you. If he wants to let people control his emotions in that way then he is not in the position to be a supervisor. I truly hope you have a wonderful night!“

“I always stop by this place when returning from an out-of-town visit as it's a bit of a midpoint between Lansing and Charlotte. It's nestled in a convenience store and the service reflects as such: quick and friendly. It's also cool to be able to fill up the soda at the ultra commercial machines they have there. Always a positive experience.“

“This is the best Subway I have EVER been to. I have never gotten a bad sub or bad service. Jersey and Macy are normally working when I go in and they are always attentive and incredibly friendly. The facility is clean and well organized from their seating area to the toppings for my sub. I am lucky to have such a good store close by.“
