Just got a black decaf but service was good! It's a nice little biggby located conveniently downtown.
BIGGBY COFFEE offers accommodating service with helpful staff like Rae, who goes the extra mile for customers. The Grand Rapids location might be a bit tricky to find, but once inside, you can enjoy a small iced raspberry mocha decaf latte with skim milk. While prices are a bit on the higher side, the tasty coffee and fair prices make it a nice spot to grab a drink. With a cozy ambiance and friendly baristas, it's a convenient spot for a quick coffee break in downtown.
