“I went to this Bdubs earlier this evening. It was probably the best night of my life and that is largely because of the inspiring service and care of Dakota. I endured cardiac arrest in the middle of my dinner experience. Dakota, being the hero he is, called 911. He was also the ambulance driver, the doctor, and the nurse who gently sat on my bedside making sure I was comfortable and okay. He made me feel safe, heard, and loved. After Dakota drove me back to Bdubs to finish my meal, we took a selfie that I will be framing on my wall forever. Thank you Dakota. Not all hero’s wear capes. Although, Dakota did wear a cape and it was freakin awesome.“

“So I visit with my daughter and my brother and we went to the downtown one and they was over capacity full so then we ended up at this one and it was nice like even I’m gonna assume he was the general manager came out on the floor Alex and we never see that like we always talk about how it’s always the employees that’s always making sure everything is good and OK but we never see the higher-ups come out to actually you know talk to the customers or hear them out in general, so that was pretty awesome to see, but they were all sweet from coming in to leaving out an Maddie was are server absolutely great Customer service was amazing super nice“
