I’m reaching out to praise your manager and the rest of the staff for taking our concerns seriously and jumping into action. Top notch team you’ve got there. “Speak Ez Lounge has a very friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The drinks they have are fun and different. It's comfortable on the inside and has live music with dates and times posted. We didn't have any of the food but all the drinks were well made and good.“

“We literally stumbled into Mammoth Distilling by accident after parking out front. Andrew, the bartender, was amazing: great drinks, fantastic bourbon and he took the time to share the whole story of the distillery. The bar is warm, inviting and the perfect escape from the cold and snow. We can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be back.

Only tiny suggestion: a perpendicular sign facing the street might help catch passing traffic. Either way, this is a true Wealthy Street gem. Huge thanks to Andrew for an unforgettable experience!“

“We visited Big O's Pizza and Booze in downtown Grand Rapids and we were not disappointed.

They had one of the best pizza slices out there. They were just finishing cooking it, so it was super fresh and hot—so hot it actually stuck to my plate and made the video even better! My toppings fell off at first, but I was able to scoop them back up and it was still delicious.

The drinks the bartender made were amazing too. She said it was just the ingredients, but I told her it’s not just the drink—it’s the bartender that makes a great drink.

If you get the chance, go check it out. They seriously have one of the best slices around. We can’t wait to go back, sit down, and try a whole pizza.“

Paired with the creamy risotto and vegetables, it was a well-balanced dish that felt both comforting and elevated. The wine selection was also excellent, with plenty of great options to complement the meal.

What truly stood out, though, was the service, specifically Zion. While he wasn’t our main server, he consistently checked in, refilled water, and brought dishes to the table with such a positive, upbeat energy. Every interaction with him felt genuine, and he really elevated the overall experience. It’s rare when someone leaves that kind of impression, but he absolutely did.

Brendan, who was covering for the manager, was also very pleasant and contributed to the welcoming atmosphere.

“I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Dublin Hall, and it was all because of our incredible server, Lawson.

From the second we sat down, Lawson went above and beyond in every possible way. He was attentive without being overbearing, friendly without feeling forced, and genuinely made us feel like VIPs the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism and personality so effortlessly. He knew the menu inside and out, gave amazing recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly and right on time.

What really stood out was how much he cared. Our drinks were never empty, he checked in at just the right moments, and he made sure we were completely satisfied with every single thing. Even when it got busy, he handled it like a pro — calm, efficient, and still giving us top-tier service.

“Mertens Prime is a beautiful establishment filled with history. It's a gorgeous facility that has 3 different venues and is absolutely perfect for weddings and events. I love that they have a scratch kitchen and that they do a seasonal menu. If you've never been, I suggest you go there.“
