Wingstop in Grand Rapids

“wingstop deserves a nobel prize. the first time i came here i ordered the garlic parm wings, took one bite, and my pants ended up being wet. i won’t explain further. just know those wings changed me as a person. the fries were seasoned so good i started looking around to see if i accidentally walked into heaven. the ranch deserves its own zip code, the chicken actually has flavor (looking directly at you, canes), and i would’ve licked the basket clean if society didn’t have rules.“

“The workers at Wingstop always deliver an awesome experience. The staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They handle orders quickly, keep the restaurant clean, and make sure customers are taken care of even during the busiest hours.“

“Kayla was so awesome. Beautiful customer service. She knew the menu and she was really helpful with deciding what to get. Also would Recommend this wingstop out of all the other wingstops, just for the fact that Kayla works there and she wasn’t rude and pushy like other people.“

“Now I usually only write reviews for Taco Bell, but after dining at this establishment I felt moved and knew I had to expand beyond my boarders. Throughout my experience I was blown away. The food was fast and delious and the workers were incredibly nice!“

“I have been going here for a month, and I cannot say enough about my experience. They made a mistake on a late order and corrected it the next day zero issues- i was so surprised!

Mothers Day all I wanted were wings and my husband got off late and surprised me with my wings- he told the staff and they made sure I got the best wings ever.

I read some of the older reviews and it seems like they are under new management- i have gone various days, times and same kind people.

They know me by now, im sure, but what they dont know is I have severe restrictive eating issues and finding food with protein i can eat is hard, wings were always a safe food and the staff here always make sure my 15 flats have extra Hawaiian and lots of love.

My advice is to give this place another chance ❤️“
