“Samantha and her staff at The Hub catered our wedding this past Fall and I cannot explain how happy we were with everything. The quality of the food was fantastic, and every dish was delicious; people are still complimenting it to this day! The servers were super attentive and great to all guests. We really appreciated the all-in-one service of setting up at our venue, catering the food and providing servers.

“We tried the Detroit Pepper Company tonight, first time! We went with the Detroit Stuffed Pepper, beef with parmesan cheese. Very good taste, and huge. We also ordered the Vegan Stuffed Pepper, but we will have to try it tomorrow for lunch...too full from the Detroit Stuffed Pepper! We also tried the lentil bean soup, very nice. And my wife enjoyed the Mango Tastic smoothie:-) We're happy to learn about the Detroit Pepper Company, and we'll be back. Highly recommended. A very clean take-out only place, with good food and a very friendly staff.“

“I highly recommend!!!!! We have visited a few times and never regret it. A small, welcoming space with big personality and delicious food and drinks (the espresso martini is my fave). I come for the vegan options so I don’t have to worry about my food allergies, but my family has enjoyed the non-vegan options as well. The environment is fun; Que is always wonderful to talk with and has so much to be proud of in what she has created here…and if you didn’t know - THEY ALSO CATER…and do cooking classes!!! Que’s daughter Kaitlin is great and I enjoy talking with her as well. We’ve been in for live dj and a loud,fun, diverse group of people. I love what Que’s got cooking here and she’s got a faithful customer for life! Happy to support her with my dollars and my words of encouragement and recommendations to others!“

They called to let me know their kitchen was having an issue but that they would get everything to me as quickly as possible. And that they did. Everything was delicious, fresh and neatly prepared. We all were extremely happy and plan to order from Sunday's Best again.“
“Booked for my wedding Aug 27/22. The food was absolutely outstanding, probably the best meal ive had at a wedding and I got to have it on my wedding day! When I booked a buffet I did not expect them to serve us, but it was a pleasant surprise that really upped the level of class. My guests were blown away with taste and the friendliness of the staff. I made a mistake and forgot to inform Darren I needed napkins, and I totally forgot to get them. Darren sprung into action and got us all cloth napkins at the drop of a hat, saving the day from my mess up! My guests had no idea. I would recommend OPC everytime. You cant go wrong with them for any event. We plan on ordering from them at all out events going forward!“

“My go-to neighborhood grocery shop! Prices are decent for the times we are living in 🙄 Usually, always fully stocked. Clean and comfortable. It's not a huge store, so it's easy to find what you need. Staff (cashiers) are not always friendly and inviting. Which is kind of disappointing 😞“

“Stopped at their set up in Bowling Green Ohio at the Thayer car dealership. Donuts were a little under cooked for my liking but my son said they were delicious. I ordered 1 bag of powdered. The lady looked irritated that I was ordering. Tossed my order up on the counter and went on with the conversation I had interrupted. She put 1 scoop of powdered sugar on top of the donuts and called it a day Untimely leaving us with 3 powdered donuts and the rest plain. I think a little more effort in creating the dish and interacting with customers could make this truck a very popular snack spot!“

“A family member of mine had her wedding reception here. I have to say this has probable been the best place I been to. Every dish of the dinner service was delicious. There was nothing I didn't love about it. I was also impressed by the young staff being quick about serving each plate in a timely manner as well as really fast coming back to take plate and glasses that were no longer being used. “Just wanted to share the experience I just had at Flings Fried Chicken For some reason I had a huge craving for their taters I haven't been there since I was in grade school. So I decided before work to go grab my mom and family some food . Of course i forgot my wallet 🥴🥴 and it's a 60+ dollar order. I panicked , asked if he accepted e-transfer .. anything I live in Tecumseh so going home and grabbing my wallet and making it back on time for work in 30 mins was just not an option .. I went back to my car to call my mom to have her come meet us and the owner came out to offer me to take the food with the promise I would come back .. someone who's never met me, just recognize that obviously I was stressing out and having my 3-year-old daughter with me. I talked to him briefly about business and how he recently took over from the previous owner of 30+ years, We talked about being parents and how 2-3 year olds are so much fun lol. He asked me to leave a review... I thought maybe by posting this we could get him some new business or anyone else who'd like to leave him a positive review. I'm so humbled at his generosity and kindness“

“I grew up on BBQ cooked over charcoal, which is quite different than the smoked ribs i usually encounter. Yes, cooking over charcoal does sometimes create that bark on one side of the meat but i love it. This place has had me in a chokehold for the past month, with me driving 30 mins each way to eat. I love it. I am a large end kind of guy and this place is the best i've had with only Vicky's coming in second. Once, the ribs were fatty but i doin't care. Every other time, they were delicious.
Regarding the sides... This is where most BBQ joints struggle. The Coleslaw and potato salad are either off a Sysco truck or similar to Kroger prepared food. The green beans kind of remind me of the green beans you'd get if the church had a bbq dinner sale... not bad. The baked beans... not the best. When i order, i usually have some macaroni made at home and i always have a bag of cooked greens in the freezer. I live solo so i will make food, freeze it and have it along side their meat. I did not like the greens there but the potato salad and slaw, for what it is; unless you're going to be making it... boiling and peeling potatoes...dicing celery and belle pepper, this works :)
