“We returned from a long day at the grand opening for the Centennial Park downtown. We were parked at the Bagley Mobile Unit Parking structure, which is across the street from this food truck. We ordered the birriaqueso tacos and the asada fries with a guava Jarritos. Everything was hot and top-notch delicious. Would recommend and definitely going to eat there again!“

The quality was truly there and worth the price. Fresh. Healthy. Everyone loved the flavors. I even have to say, I’m not big on meat but their meats options were excellent. Moist, flavorful. I have actually now started to add their meats as my protein option. However, shout out to the Manager and team at this Windsor location, on Division road. “Went there for lunch today with my daughter unfortunately she had a stomach ache but. The waitress helped up pack up our food so I could get her home. Was a nice lady. I appreciate it. “While I love the flavor of their food, the only time we've had an order 100% correct was the first time we ordered. Every time we order since then there's something missing, fries overcooked and hard, messed up items, and things added to what we've ordered when we've requested it to be removed. Thankfully I simply don't like tomatoes and onions and am not allergic to them, cuz they ALWAYS forget to remove the pico when my receipt even says "no pico de gallo". Their queso blanco and their Sabor sauce are probably the two best things about them, at least when they remember to include it even if you pay for extra. For how pricey they are I would expect to have my order correct all the time. I'll be going down to the taco trucks in Southwest Detroit from now on cuz they always get the order right, they're delicious, AND they're inexpensive.“

Food took about 5 minutes to show up but fish was hot, corn tortillas were fresh, medium salsa was perfect, and beans / rice were tasty. I have one more day of duty, might stop in again. “El Loco Panda is located at Alter and Mack, attached to the Marathon/WOW! gas station. It has a hole-in-the-wall vibe, but don't judge a book by its cover. The owner and chef, MJ, also known as Panda, is half Lebanese, half Mexican, and is originally from Los Angeles. His multicultural background is reflected in the menu, which features a mix of American, Mexican, and Middle Eastern options.

I first discovered El Loco Panda while searching for local birria tacos online. These alone are worth coming here for. MJ uses pomegranate juice in his recipe, which is a unique touch. I've also had the chicken and steak tacos, as well as the quesadillas. Between the two meats, I preferred the steak for both. The tacos come topped with lettuce and tomato, but I recommend ordering them without. The smash burger is another standout menu item. For this style of burger, the patties are on the larger side. Compared to its nearby competitors, El Loco Panda is one of the better spots to grab a burger.

In conclusion, El Loco Panda excels in convenience and variety. The food is simple, but well above average. MJ's affable personality and passion for his craft add to the overall experience.“

Fish Taco. Served w a lime. Crispy battered fish, pico, slaw. I enjoyed it. Tortilla wasn’t the best.

Chicken taco. Grilled chicken, fresh grated cheddar, fresh lettuce & sauce. I love this taco, and could eat 10 of them.

Bean & Cheese Burrito. Beans cooked in house, mass amounts of that freshly grated cheddar, and I need red sauce, extra red sauce. I order this every time I visit.

Fries. Krinkled, seasoned & hot. Perfect addition to any order here.

That large pop. After ice, you need to hands to lift that bad boy. Always have a couple good sips left over after eating.

I would choose this over the Taco Bell across the street every time. Folks even came by while we eating to see how everything was.“
