Visited the Hillard location, super excited as I love coffee and anything pistachio. Walked in, there were no other customers, employee barely looked up from their device. I was like hey I came an hour and a half to try your coffee....(crickets) What can I get you? What's your most purchased item? Coffee. ok. So I got a pistachio latte and a Dubai chocolate cup, $25 later, I'm not sure why I tipped, I guess I was excited and pressed the button. The employee sets my items down...read full review

The cozy and welcoming environment invites customers to linger, and the friendly staff recommends delicious treats like the caramel milk cake, traditional Yemen coffee and honeycomb pastries. With great service and a lively atmosphere, it's a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. The interior is very bright and nicely put together. Drink presentation is perfect and the latte itself is delicious! Only drawback is that parking can be challenging due to the nail salon next door.
