“Okay, first time here. Restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and the wait staff seems very friendly and helpful. Ordered the spinach and artichoke dip which was very tasty and the seafood Chowder was amazing. But the Walleye was tasteless. If it wasn't for the mashed potatoes and carrots you wouldn't know it was there. Daughter ordered Lobster Carbonara and it was almost tasteless and lobster was over cooked and a bit rubbery. Chef in my opinion needs to taste his creations before sending them out of the kitchen. Also please change the music, fine dining and 70s Disco/ Rock & Roll do not pair well.“

“Just recently had Jib provide food for us guys at a small workshop. All I can say is WOW! I was supposed to be learning and working but was definitely distracted by all of the yummy stuff we had to eat! lol If I could rate this a 10 star i would!!!“

Although microbreweries always have to adjust to the times… the one thing about Beards is the beer has always been exceptionally good for years and years. They rotate food menus which keeps the menu from getting boring and the food is always good! The Root Cellar is the basement is our hangout!“
