“😋This was the first time that I have eaten at River Rat. The food was sooo delicious!! My husband Larry and I had the Chicken Breast Montreal, I had coleslaw, and Chicken Noodle soup, and he had mashed potatoes, and green beans with his. His brother Mike, had the baked Walleye. The rolls were sooo yummy!! Many thanks to our waitress Tayler! She was so nice, and kind, and onpoint!! I give this rating a 5 Star!! We shall be back!“

“Oh My Gosh. went today and ordered a Meatball Sub and the Paremesan Chicken Cutlet Sub. Bought some of their lasagna and tomato basil soup. Took a bite of the Lasagna. Yummy. “My parents have said for some time that this pizza was the best in the area, and I finally got to try it today. They were right! We had their round supreme and square Hawaiian with a side or marinara and ranch. The sauce on this is pizza is perfect - very fresh flavor but not too acidic. Generous on the toppings, quality mozzarella, and the bread is some of the best I’ve had. Do yourself a favor and stop by Little Italy!“

“I’ve always wanted to try food from Verona Inspired Italian! I regularly check out their weekly specials on Facebook and couldn’t wait to finally try them out. This was my first visit to the restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious and amazing. We started with the bread and butter- yes, we actually started there because it was that good. We even asked for another basket! Then came the Eggplant Tower, and wow - it was fantastic. I’m a big fan of eggplant, and this dish was perfection: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with fresh mozzarella, tomato, and pickled onion. You really need to try it to understand how good it is. For the weekly special, we had the Emperor Red Snapper. Absolutely incredible. The Tomahawk Pork Chop and the steak were both delicious as well. Our cocktails and beer were spot-on. Service? 5 stars. Thank you Joy M. The menu has so many tempting options, and we definitely want to come back and try more. P.S. That bread? We took another portion home. So good.“

Overall, you get a lot of bang for your buck here…$25 got us a large pizza, a salad, and a good sized bread with garlic sauce. I liked the pizza! Crust was solid, pepperoni was good, nothing too crazy but on the nail for what we needed. The bread and garlic sauce were my fav,no question about that. Wouldn’t say it’s my go-to Friday night spot, but I’d come back once a month or so. Solid find. Staff was friendly & quick!“

“The atmosphere and service was better than the food.
It was dimly lit,brelatively quiet. Server was attentive and gave us our space and asked us to let him know when we wanted him to come around, but he did still check in.
The soup was the best part. The chicken in the chicken Parm was super thin and over cooked and the pasta was nothing to write home about, I would bet Big Boy serves better spaghetti. The calamari was a little over cooked and in ring form, which was a little disappointing. The bread sticks seemed like they were from a package.“

Hands down one of the BEST I have had! my mom ordered the lemon chicken and I ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Both were excellent dishes and packed with home made flavor. “Italian Margaritas were delicious, our server named Nick was great and doesn't everyone love the endless pasta dishes. We thought sure we we'd eat at least part of another one while we were there but the first plate was so filling that we asked to take them home. Someone mentioned something about not being the same size when you take them home but I put my angel hair with alfredo and Italian sausage into a large bowl the next day and I had more than enough to eat. “First, let me say that if you have not been to Gnocchi Italian, you absolutely MUST GO! This place is amazing. A 10 out of 10! I've been to Italy several times, and Gnocchi Italian serves the absolute best gnocchi that I have ever tasted — even better than 80% of the restaurants in Rome. Everything is made from scratch; the gnocchi is made from ricotta, giving it an incredibly creamy and rich flavor. There are 45 varieties of gnocchi! I had the seafood gnocchi (scallops and jumbo shrimp in lobster sauce served over gnocchi). My companion ordered a breast of chicken over gnocchi smothered in alfredo sauce and topped with Muenster cheese. The proprietor, Chef Jeff, has run this place 8 years, and he is incredibly talented. Of course, they do serve other traditional Italian dishes besides gnocchi. They're all wonderful, from the spaghetti to the lasagna to the meatballs to the veal — everything is done to perfection. The portions are generous. Also, they have excellent red wines which are moderately priced. We ordered a bottle of Merlot. Finally, you will be amazed at their special house creamy garlic salad dressing, and.... the most delicious cream of wild mushroom soup I have ever tasted! If you see it on the menu you must order it, it was out-of-this-world delicious. Our thanks to Chef Jeff, for treating us to an amazing dining experience. You bet we will be back very soon!“

“Wanted pizza, not carry out, real pizzeria pizza; you know, dine in. Not too many dine-in pizzerias around much lately. Drove 40 minutes to get there. Love 900 gradi (degree) pizza. Also had Carpaccio di Filetto: thinly sliced raw filet mignon, with peppery arugula and lemon vinaigrette, topped with shaved parmesan. And a nice bottle of Amarone to go with it all. Great date night after being home bound for days due to snow and freezing temps! Good, prompt service. I suggest making a reservation, especially Saturday evening.“

The staff at Buscemis quickly made a beautiful 6 foot sub and a party size pizza that they even offered to cut into smaller pieces to feed my party. It was nothing but fresh and great quality food for a reasonable cost. I will definitely be ordering from them again. It was a hit at my party.“

“Love Jet’s! It’s one of our top go-to pizza places. Food is hardly ever wrong, always hot, cooked great, and fast service. The only thing that needs improvement is the parking lot - quite a few potholes and it’s hard to see the lines but that’s more of a complaint for the property owner.“
