“I have been here quite a bit and for the most part the service is good, although I have had an occasion or two where the staff seemed a bit clueless. Other than that the ice cream is great, the staff doesnt short you on toppings and the ice cream is almost always overflowing, which is what makes coldstone better than the rest.“
“OMG! This has to be the best ice cream I've ever had. I'm so mad at myself for not discovering this place sooner! They have the best flavors and all very unique. My favorite is mixing lavender lemon honey and lemon bar. Balsamic strawberry is also good. They offer many gluten free and/or vegan options as well for those with allergies and restrictions.“
“My husband and I decided to give the Boba another shot after hearing the shop was under new ownership. I spoke with the owner and he was exponentially kind and informative on the changes he’s made and it truly shows with the ingredients and the atmosphere alone. I enjoyed my brown sugar milk tea and my husband enjoyed his peach tea. The difference was night and day and I’m happy I chose to give another chance. They have ice cream cakes as well, some always in stock and you can request special order ones as well. I normally get the strawberry delight!Everything is amazing here, you won't be disappointed“

“Last week my husband retired after 22 years of military service. His mother who lives in another state ordered an ice cream cake for him (they are one of his favorite desserts) for our small retirement celebration. She texted me when it was ready for pickup. I arrived to pick it up only to find out Brighton didn't have any cake under my name. I called her to find out what was happening, and it turned out she had ordered it from the wrong Dairy Queen. She ordered it at one in Wisconsin! The staff in Brighton came to the rescue, found and decorated a cake for my husband, and then wouldn't even let me pay for it! Their generosity meant my husband got his ice cream cake and we were cared for at an important moment in our lives. Thanks for your support of service members and veterans!“
“It was bound to happen, as with all call in or drive thru orders-something is missing. Sometimes it's not charged and its not as irritating, but before leaving the parking lot its a pain to unpack a bag(s) to make sure everyone gets a sandwich.“
