“I decided to try Jersey Giant Subs after doing a little perusing on places to try in the Lansing area. The restaurant has several locations in Michigan but started here in Lansing back in 1979! What stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients. The meat is sliced as sandwiches are ordered and the vegetables looked to be regularly rotated through. I noticed that they also source a lot of local ingredients. There was essentially no wait and my sandwich was made promptly. I highly recommend the Jersey Giant with bell peppers, mayo, lettuce, tomato, and whatever spices and oils they put on it. Definitely the best tasting and most filling sub in the area! I am a big eater and the full sub filled me up, I imagine most people would be satisfied with the half sub. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!“

“Drove all the way from Melvindale just to try this sub, and it was definitely worth it! I came with one of the officers who eats here every year, and he highly recommended it. Let me tell you—it was one of the best subs I’ve ever had.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by two amazing ladies who served us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. Great food, great service—you can’t ask for more.

I’m not a sandwich person so I was hesitant for such an important event, but I ordered based in their feedback. Dale helped me with figuring out how many platters I needed and to be very transparent, I tried TWO sandwiches and they were the freshest, most delicious sandwiches I have ever had, remember, I’m not a sandwich person. “Michella was a breath of fresh air! My family and I stopped in for dinner and she came from the back with a smile on her face and such fun energy! We visit a lot of subways and this by far is the best for customer service! I will say my son noticed a squishy spot on the flood by the soda machine that was a little concerning and maybe something to look into. Thank you again michella we will be back“

“If you’re not going to eat the dinning halls, this is the best place to get food from at MSU. I’m sorry but don’t bother with the others, you’re risking yourself for food poisoning or a really bad stomach ache. This is among the safest options.“

“I love this chain and am overall pretty happy with this location. Overall my biggest complaint is that it just looks worn down. The owners need to invest some money into a deep cleaning, paint job, and updating some equipment and this place would be great. Nice, friendly employees, which is of course a big benefit.“

The workers there, lady and a gentleman, were very kind and doing a great job juggling pick-up orders and walk-in customers (in my opinion as someone who has worked retail). When I asked for "lots" of something, they didn't get skimpy with it, and if you get a chance to try the footlong peppermint cookie/brownie thing, GET IT!!! They warm it just as you're checking out so it's melted and oh my word it's delicious! It was very clean inside and pretty quiet for how small it is. The ONLY reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because it's one of the locations not equipped to serve icees (was really in the mood for one). Absolutely no fault of the employees nor a reflection of their service....just something I truly enjoy from Subway if it could eventually be at all locations....pretty please? 💜💜😋😋“
