I'm so sorry I didn't catch the name of the woman serving us because she was wonderful! She was fast, friendly, and I would definitely go back because of her service.“

“The bread on these subs are so good. We loved the combinations of flavors. The vegetarian options are outstanding. No joke, this is probably the best hoagie I've ever had. As a bonus, they have really fabulous ice cream and chips. Get the subs toasted! The bread is still soft.“

“Whoever was there on 2/26 at around 1 pm, yall were absolutely fantastic! My wife and I had the giant 17 cheesesteak and it was perfect!! We devoured it before I even had the chance to take a picture lol. And the cookies?! I’m not even the biggest fan of chocolate chip those were for my wife, but she told me I HAD to try them and they were perfect as well! The gentleman told me that he had baked them in the morning and they’re fresh and just by looking at them I knew he wasn’t lying! The edges were crisp but the middle was just the right amount of soft. And the service? Quick, respectful, and efficient. I was in and out of there despite it being busy and me having ordered a giant. Of all the JMs I’ve been to, this one has definitely stuck out to me the most! Thank you guys, much appreciated!🙏🏼“

“Jersey Giants is absolutely delicious and the staff there makes us feel at home. We absolutely love the subs my hubby gets The Boss plus bacon and I get the ham,and turkey plus bacon. There pasta salad is really good too!!! There is a young lady there that almost remembers our orders perfectly and we don't even go there that often because we live in Jackson but when we do go to Jersey Giant this is the one we always go to because they have bacon and super friendly employees!!!“

“Freshly slicing the meat and putting it directly onto my sandwich was amazing! BIG, THICK SANDWICHES! The bread was fresh and you get the choice of white or wheat. The workers were friendly and the sandwiches are the star! Also they had cold Coke Zero 20oz bottles in stock. If you get the large sub then you will have lunch left over for tomorrow.“

“Jersey Giant Okemos went above and beyond to help me fix a large sub order I mistakenly placed for the wrong date and time. As it was my own error and the timeline was really tight, they were under absolutely no obligation to help me fix it, but they did and were incredibly kind about the whole ordeal. They were courteous, understanding and the subs were fantastic! So thankful for their top notch customer service and will definitely be back!“

“Man I can't stand the star system. I give it five stars on atmosphere not because of some fantastic five star dining! But as far as sub shops go comparably speaking as five star. And the subs were extremely tasty. I haven't had that good a taste and sub in a long time. Remind me of the old Mancino's Subs“

“Michella was a breath of fresh air! My family and I stopped in for dinner and she came from the back with a smile on her face and such fun energy! We visit a lot of subways and this by far is the best for customer service! I will say my son noticed a squishy spot on the flood by the soda machine that was a little concerning and maybe something to look into. Thank you again michella we will be back“

I came back a couple days ago for the wrap when Joey wasn’t present and I didn’t get the same quality of wrap, but when I returned today Joey was here!! With the same exceptional service and quality wrap I was looking for!! Super kudos to him for making this experience worthwhile every time and being the reason I continue to come back!!“

“I go into this subway at least 1x a week. The workers always make me feel special. They are funny and engaging. There is a really tall guy with shoulder length hair who always brightens my day, a young lady with dark hair who is always chatty (in a great way), honestly they are all great!! The food is always fresh and on point! Thank you guys! PS I just realized as often as I go in, I should know names! Next time guys, I'll get it together! <3“
