“I highly recommend for healthy eating options (as this may be the only true healthy food nearby)- however I feel there's a ton of flies which could cross contaminate (if you know where flies have been). It's probably driving customers away as the food is openly displayed without being covered. I highly recommend killing the flies and having fly traps as well as fans to get them away from the food. I will be back for more food, but I've gotten sick from flies before so I really hope something is done with them. That's all, everything else is great!“

“I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A in Holland! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and quick service. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, which made for a pleasant visit.

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and waffle fries, and they were both delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the fries were just the right amount of savory. I also treated myself to their seasonal peppermint shake, and it was absolutely fantastic—rich, creamy, and the perfect blend of peppermint flavor. It's a must-try!

What impressed me most was the level of customer service. The team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It's nice to see a place that truly values its customers.

Overall, I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location. The great food and exceptional service, especially with their peppermint shake, make it a favorite of mine. I’m looking forward to returning soon!“

“Their sandwiches are super good. I’m from a family of 7 and we received our food in 5-10 minutes and everyone’s order was correct which was appreciated. I liked their fruit juices as well. The staff was easy to deal with and the place was clean. I would recommend this place for sure! 10/10“

“We cannot say enough nice things about this Olive Garden! It fed the entire Holland High School Marching Band after it competed at a Michigan Competing Band Association competition this past Saturday! The entire meal was donated by the store!
For reasons beyond our control, we had to change the pick up time four times - four times! And each time the staff were unfazed. We ended up picking up this huge order during the middle of a Saturday dinner rush - again, they were unfazed. The students were incredibly happy to come home to a meal from Olive Garden. It was delicious! No one went hungry. Thank you so much, Olive Garden, Holland! (And Emma, for arranging the whole thing!)“

“I don’t normally do a lot of reviews, but I felt that the manager at this location deserves special attention for her going above and beyond concerning our food. My husband and I recently had a poor experience here and they refunded our dinner and when we went back the manager (I wish I had gotten her name) made sure our order was done correctly.
