“Hello! I called today for a refund.All I am going to reiterate is that there should have been some type of better inquiry, empathy, or positive feedback.Instead the tickets here, I think the foods here, and ....... I am calling in today to get a refund. I never got my food. I came to the drive through at 8:54pm and said hello to the mic but got no response, pulled to the drive through window also got no response and then went to the door and got no response it was locked. Then ...At 9 the lights got turn off. And my husband and I watched that happen at the front of the store/ And no one apologized or ask questions. It's just so sad before Covid that would not been the case/ during Covid idk I hardly went into stores. After I had a hard time. And now that I am trying to go back and get into things, although still hard- I get this wonderful answer. "We will refund you."But nothing else. And no further more. Why I guess I wonder what goes on in small businesses that it's this difficult to take time to care for the situation. I was not served and I never got my food, but here's your money back? How about your worker was saying words in the store that I heard by the drive through window as her and another associate were continuing to work on closing and wiping things down before 9pm, lights were on... "I don't give a f*** or maybe it was I don't f****** care." Why is this good and why did I need to witness this behavior? I said on the phone call made to your store at 8:34pm that I was sorry for not picking up the food and that I thanked for the food being made: and I was going to get my husband Matthew Leonard. But when we arrived before lights were turned off- we received this behavior.?! I did call after 9pm but I had been so hungry and worried I would receive worse encounters that I did end up disconnecting that phone call - I need you to know this - because this is NOT what's supposed to happen. I get it we all wanna leave but you should still serve food and people and be aware that I did no harm in asking for my food before you closed.“
“This little sandwich shop is everything I hope to find when I stumble upon a new place to eat. The food is great, friendly service, and absolutely nothing pretentious about it. It’s just a tiny place that makes sandwiches, and the do a great job of it. Hopefully the community and surrounding communities will keep this place going for a long time.“
“I have gotten carry out from here several times. The food is great! There is always only one employee and it's always the same guy. His customer service is some of the best I have ever seen! He is always so friendly! All have to get his name next time so he gets the credit he deserves!Update so ordered carry out. Alex waited on us. My daughter is newly gluten free and they were out of gluten free buns. She was disappointed since this is a struggle to find items she can eat. He was so amazing and accommodated her by suggesting a steak and cheese made into a salad . Every single time I come in here he is just so friendly and positive. You are so lucky to have him as an employee. Well done!!“
“I absolutely loved this place! I stopped in and got a #15, some tomato soup, and a smoothie. Everything was so fresh and tasty. It tasted natural and fresh, no artificial taste. I seen that she made everything by hand, nothing in packages or cans, and she used fresh ingredients. She was hospitable and nice and she checked on me, made sure i was taken care of and i was welcomed.“

The gentleman that we're working recommended I tried the chicken and dumpling soup and potato soup so I bought one of each went back in bought another one It was delicious Best soup I've had in a long time. Also the customer service was great 5/5 I will definitely be coming back here.“
“My husband and I had a wonderful experience at McAlister’s. We were greeted as soon as we came In. I had the harvest chicken salad, sandwich, and tortilla soup. My husband had the roast beef with horseradish sauce and tortilla soup. It was all excellent!! We were asked if everything‘s OK about halfway through our meal. What great staff and food.“
“We haven't had Jersey Mike's in years, but recently moved to Fenton - needed a quick lunch so decided to try Jersey Mike's Sub shop. We both enjoyed our sandwiches, so much so we returned again a few weeks later. Finally a sub shop that actually puts meat on their sandwich, so you're not just eating bread/bun. The staff is always friendly, and both times we've grabbed lunch there, the restaurant is busy - so that speaks volumes!“
“For first timers I would recommend the steak or chicken for this location does not have a drive thru but they are pretty quick even at lunch when the line is to the doorway. Most recently I decided to branch out and get a ham sandwich. I am so glad I did I could not believe their ham was as good as it was. Young guy in a tye dye shirt made my food with such care, and girl in red shirt named Erica delivered great service. You're also right in town Grand Blanc, nice place for a stroll downtown after.“
