“Stopped in for a quick bite to eat as I didn't even realize there was a tubbys. In the gas station. The girl making sandwiches was super nice and did a great job making my sandwich. The lady at the counter was cool to talk to as well! Just all around a good experience.“

“I usually go to the subway by my work. But this one is closer to my house. A lot of people complain about this store. I have never personally have had any problems. The service is faster in Fenton. But that's just me. The food is still the same so is the quality. The subs look the same. That's all that matters. They both are the same price and quality is the same.“

“Outstanding experience. We stopped in because our 6 yr old daughter who is currently extremely immunocompromised and requires sandwiches to be as fresh as possible was craving a sandwich. After my husband explained our situation and request, the Jersey Mike’s team then explained their freshness policies to us and proceeded to make us the best fast sandwiches ever! We will be back on the regular. “Akari was nothing less than phenomenal. It was my family’s first time here, and even though the restaurant was clearly very busy, she made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming.

At one point, another customer had an issue with their order, and I watched Akari handle the situation calmly and professionally with ease. Since it was our first visit, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and sweet while explaining everything to us.

What stood out the most was how she managed multiple tables and customers at once, yet still made us feel like we were her main priority. Even after our food was delivered, she came back to check on us and genuinely asked what we thought about our experience.

“All the other big John’s have angry and surely staff for some reason. This one always is staffed with happy welcoming folks and some of the most beautiful and delicious sandwiches. The cheesesteak they served me was prettier than the advertisement. Even better everyone working there was pleasant and enjoyable. In 2025 having fast service, excellent made to order food, outstanding staff, and decent prices is near unheard of. This location in particular hits all of the above and more consistently may years in a row.“

You raise the prices and that’s understandable but if we don’t come in there because you’re shortening the products then YOU are losing customers and money!!“

“I have always had a great experience with this Jimmy John’s. Years ago I lost my ultrasound pictures in the parking lot there. The owner found them and sent them to me through the mail. It meant so much to me! I meant to thank him a long time ago but time got away from me. Just recently I ordered a sub for delivery. I forgot that I had a note on my door to know ring the bell bc of my twin babies. I didn’t get to leave a tip bc of that note. I called the store and the owner helped me make it right. Every time I have an interaction with that store I end up very pleased. Food is yummy. Delivery is fast. And the owner is fantastic!!!“

“Lets just start by saying out of every sub place in Genesee county ive been to this one is the cleanest most professional & well caring sub shop ! Numerous of times me & my wife stopped in this week & angie or Dequan was very polite very quick & helped us with are belly being full & feel comfortable its so hard now & days to find restaurants that are clean polite & actually care about there customers not to mention there open monday- sunday from 9 am to 10 pm so if your ever hungry late nights this is the place to choose 100%“

“As I first strolled into the Goodrich Subway on a particulartly dreary afternoon, my expectations for the experience to come was minimal. Myself being a connoisseur to sandwich shops and delis across the area, I have been treated to the best of the best, the top rye shall we say; and to expect much from this corporatized perversion of what I held dearest to me seemed a laughable notion. Hahaha what a fool I was! Not a second after I open the door to this establishment am I greeted with the hearty aroma of freshly baked bread and a variety of herbs. It is then that I am welcomed by the divine voice of a particularly handsome sandwich artist "Can I help you?" he whispers in my ear as I approach the sub station. My heart begins to race as I begin to imagine the sandwich possibilites. So many options at such a modest price it was almost to much to comprehend. I sensually reply "footlong... Italian BMT" feeling confident with my selection. As I anticipate the bold flavor soon to come, I adorn a broad grin across my face. Still grinning I am finally met with a heavenly creation of a sandwich. The bread was heated to a perfect 295 degrees and the meat to vegetable ratio was flawless. Unprepared for this creation I could not help but to sweat and shake violently... still maintaing my grin, the visual was enough to scare a number of passer-bys who were not cultured enough to fathom such a sub. Only Moments later I dropped the sub due to my sweaty palms so naturally I began to aggressively eat the sandwich off the floor without regret. The taste was of pure bliss and that was just the tile. Upon leaving I hoped to live the rest of my life the way I did those last five minutes. 10/10 would recommend“

“Went to get a wrap today and the staff was extremely friendly. The young lady that helped me was very nice, talked loud enough to get my order and my toppings. She even helped the other employee at the register without complaining. Great place, always clean. The two employee's, no name tags or I would of stated names, were helpful and very nice.“
