“Overall I enjoy this location. The staff is always friendly, and rarely do I encounter a grouchy worker. The food is always good and they always get the order right. We order online to make things easier on us and whenever they are out of something they call to let me know which is appreciated.“

“Ultimate Nachos: Ordered through a delivery service and McAlister Deli is the first place to separate the toppings in containers so the chips don't get soggy. They layered them so when I poured them on top of the chips it looked like they had placed everything on there so neatly and appetizing.“

“I have always had a great experience with this Jimmy John’s. Years ago I lost my ultrasound pictures in the parking lot there. The owner found them and sent them to me through the mail. It meant so much to me! I meant to thank him a long time ago but time got away from me. Just recently I ordered a sub for delivery. I forgot that I had a note on my door to know ring the bell bc of my twin babies. I didn’t get to leave a tip bc of that note. I called the store and the owner helped me make it right. Every time I have an interaction with that store I end up very pleased. Food is yummy. Delivery is fast. And the owner is fantastic!!!“

“I love Jimmy John’s. I’ll go there before any other sandwich shop! BUT. I wish that they would put more meat on the sandwich. I got a turkey and there was only 2 slices!! You raise the prices and that’s understandable but if we don’t come in there because you’re shortening the products then YOU are losing customers and money!!“

“They were fast, accurate and accommodating. They only had one italian herbs and cheese bread left ( which I got because my fiance let me order first) and, me wanting him to get what he wanted I asked if they could switch my toppings to a new bread so that he could have my bread and they did it without a question! Such an odd request and yet they didn't even question it!“
