“Akari was nothing less than phenomenal. It was my family’s first time here, and even though the restaurant was clearly very busy, she made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming.

At one point, another customer had an issue with their order, and I watched Akari handle the situation calmly and professionally with ease. Since it was our first visit, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and sweet while explaining everything to us.

What stood out the most was how she managed multiple tables and customers at once, yet still made us feel like we were her main priority. Even after our food was delivered, she came back to check on us and genuinely asked what we thought about our experience.

Great service like that is hard to find. We will definitely be back!“

After my husband explained our situation and request, the Jersey Mike’s team then explained their freshness policies to us and proceeded to make us the best fast sandwiches ever! “All the other big John’s have angry and surely staff for some reason. This one always is staffed with happy welcoming folks and some of the most beautiful and delicious sandwiches. The cheesesteak they served me was prettier than the advertisement. Even better everyone working there was pleasant and enjoyable. In 2025 having fast service, excellent made to order food, outstanding staff, and decent prices is near unheard of. This location in particular hits all of the above and more consistently may years in a row.“
