“I go into this subway at least 1x a week. The workers always make me feel special. They are funny and engaging. There is a really tall guy with shoulder length hair who always brightens my day, a young lady with dark hair who is always chatty (in a great way), honestly they are all great!! The food is always fresh and on point! Thank you guys! PS I just realized as often as I go in, I should know names! Next time guys, I'll get it together! <3“

“Excellent. I’m a regular, and the owners are kind, extremely extremely generous, passionate, and personable. Bonus is the incredible food, since these folks are the ones who make the place and the food! I’ve never been displeased. They are very helpful if you don’t know what toppings may go well with your sub, and it makes it faster and tastier.

So many chip and drink options, fair prices, for sure, and comparable to much less tastier and nutritious fast food, like Jimmy John’s/Subway. They can get a little busy but they are quick. There may be a few people in lien depending on time of day. I see people on their lunch breaks. There is seating.

Just a personal story of the first time I went illustrating their passion and kindness:
They were worried we would not like their food or that my partner would be upset about her slightly extra-toasted bread, the first time my partner and I came in. The woman insisted she would make another sub if my partner did not like hers several times.

Then, we went to the car to eat… We ran back before we had to go and told them we are coming back these is the best subs we ever had!!! I took pictures of our warm pressed subs and probably said WOW almost 10 times.

“The bread on these subs are so good. We loved the combinations of flavors. The vegetarian options are outstanding. No joke, this is probably the best hoagie I've ever had. As a bonus, they have really fabulous ice cream and chips. Get the subs toasted! The bread is still soft.“

“Whoever was there on 2/26 at around 1 pm, yall were absolutely fantastic! My wife and I had the giant 17 cheesesteak and it was perfect!! “Jersey Giants is absolutely delicious and the staff there makes us feel at home. We absolutely love the subs my hubby gets The Boss plus bacon and I get the ham,and turkey plus bacon. There pasta salad is really good too!!! There is a young lady there that almost remembers our orders perfectly and we don't even go there that often because we live in Jackson but when we do go to Jersey Giant this is the one we always go to because they have bacon and super friendly employees!!!“

“Marc was amazing! My first visit here!! during placing my order he noticed that I had to use the restroom and offered to direct me to the nearest location with the code. He was very knowledgeable of the menu gave me great recommendations. Food was delivered in a very, very timely manner even walked me out to my car overall 100% the best experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in years. Thank you so much, Marc !

“Subways are always so harshly rated - this Subway is clean, the bathrooms were even clean. This Subway was well stocked, the veggies were vibrant, the bread fresh, and the chips were the choicest. “we go to the Mason location. Food is usually pretty fresh.
There is one male manager that you don’t know what “mood” he’s in until he either speaks or hides in the back so I give him 2 stars will it be the Jekyll or Hyde persona for that visit?
They are the closest location trekking home from work so already I just want to get food and go home without feeling like I’m a bother.
