“I like good food and I also like Subway go figure. I got a meatball sub with the garlic herb and cheese bread or what ever it is. The person who made my sub, Tucker, was great. The bread was good as usual. The toppings were really good too. I felt good after I ate the meal. I was hungry and in a hurry in the middle of nowhere Subway really hit the spot.“

“Employees are very nice, little slow on food delivery, atmosphere is usually quite and calm, nice to dine and relax. However, the past two times I was in i was disappointed that my food wasn't up to par, just barely warm. Guys you can do better, I come there every couple of weeks. Let's do this !!“

“The other day I stopped by but they weren’t opened yet. I didn’t notice and was met at the door by either the owner or a manager. He let me know they weren’t opened just yet and he was sorry…I told him it was okay…he then asked what I planned on getting and I told him a blizzard. He asked if the flavor mattered because he wanted to give me one they were using at the moment to practice. He ran in and brought out an Oreo blizzard. He he flipped it upside down for me and that was THEE best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Can’t wait til they officially open up! We will for sure be there often for ice cream!“

“I stopped into this subway yesterday when they were extremely busy and was not disappointed!! Even though they were crazy busy the employees were still super kind and smiled and were way more patient then I could even be! The worker named Melissa was so sweet and understanding to my kids and made the experience one of the best, I will be coming back to this subway from here on out! The store was so clean and like I said the service was absolutely outstanding, I couldn't of asked for a better sub or subway artist!“

“My husband and I come in for lunch at least once a week! The lunch menu is such a great deal and everytime we come in our server shelby is always so helpful and on top of refills and great with suggestions. Can say this is one of our favorite spots here in Jackson!“

“Arby's is amazing, as usual. Our drive-thru person was amazing. He was upbeat, loud over the drive-thru thing and real happy. Shout out to him.
We ordered a double roast beef, curly fries and a beef n' cheddar. It all was amazing of course. We spend around 10min at the drive-thru which is why I deducted a star. That wait time was outrageous for a fast-food chain.
Food was good and we will be back if we are ever passing through again.“

“Only reason I give this location a 4 stars is because I asked the staff if there are napkins in the bag & they responded with a confident Yes but after I left trusting them none were in the bag.
Lesson learned. Always check the bag before leaving, but besides that.. if I am in the area.. I'm eating here! Thanks!

“I go here a couple times every week, I always go between 1130am to 3pm and the staff there at that time they just do an amazing job, they are always working hard and making the food very fast. & I love that they always remember my name and order.“

“The food was good and was still super hot once we finally received it while having to wait at the drive through window for about 10 mins. But there was 2 very tired,overly worked women who should have been retired at the age I’m assuming but for 2 older women who had to do it all alone with just them 2 they kicked ass.So once I saw why my order was taking a little longer to be ready I understood why and relaxed and watched those super women running around working proving that any age group can b out working I was stunned and proud to watch such amazing hard working women do whatever they had to do to make it in life. I give em mad respect and props for working and not choosing to live off the state like other ppl and just be jobless with their handouts every month never having to work for anything in life. While these hard working women still are polite to us and even stayed with a smile on their exhausted faces. Which made the wait totally worth it and I felt bad for how hard they were working n running around trying to do all the jobs under record times. They are way more patient and professional than I ever could be honestly. Those are some hard working, polite, well trained, and professional women. BK should be honored and proud to have those 2 employees and better yet who are women at that pretty much running that place. keeping it together. If it wasn’t for those 2 women I wouldn’t honestly go back. But they are the reason I go back and only there. Just so I get to with those 2 amazing women who deserve raises lemme just throw that out there also….!!!“

“The girl I believe who is a supervisor or manager, she wears a black shirt and leggings in there, typically controlling the flow while busting through orders. She is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I come in there everyday and get mini bowls. They had a huge dinner rush about 20 people in line and instead of making me wait for such a small bowl (she knows my order is super small).. she instead came to me, grabbed the ticket under my name since I pre paid and ordered ahead of time. Literally made my bowl in under 30 seconds and got me out of there. Little stuff like that goes a long way for the business and she deserves all the credit in the world. When she’s not there, you can 100% feel the difference.“

“Only complaint is that the lady tried to drown my sandwich in condiments. There was so much of it on the sandwich that my tomatoes were sliding out! She used a knife to smash the lettuce and tomato into the crease of the bread before brutally mashing my sandwich together. Maybe if she put the veggies on the bottom of the bread instead of the middle of it (aka the crease), she wouldn't have needed to do that. I miss the days of the Sandwich Artist! “The manager, Nicole is phenomenal and so helpful and kind! I came into town in the afternoon for a family visit and gathering I needed to feed the following day. Nicole helped me figure out the best options and amount I needed. It was needed sooner than the normal 24hrs to be ready, but Nicole did not hesitate to make sure she’d have it prepared the next morning by 10am! She even gave me her contact info in case I needed it. She provided extra sauces, etc also. She literally went above and beyond! Saved me so so much time and energy to feed my little family reunion and everyone enjoyed the variety! Thanks a bunch!“
