I came into parnall rd Biggby on Friday Jan 17 for my normal daily coffee, Lg iced Butter Bear with that extra shot exceptional as always. Today was amazing the staff member who is there everyday Shawna greeted me instantly when I arrived at the window as always with a smile on her face ready and willing to take on the day no matter what time it is.
