“Cute little diner! Really friendly service! My kids and I enjoyed stopping in here for the first time (we were in town to visit the Cascades Humane Society). We liked the uniqueness of this local business. Regulars came and went and the waitress seemed to know what they liked. I'd rather support a business like this than a chain restaurant. Would love to see some hand cut fries here. Would totally go with the place. Thank you for a fun outing!“

“I stopped into this subway yesterday when they were extremely busy and was not disappointed!! Even though they were crazy busy the employees were still super kind and smiled and were way more patient then I could even be! The worker named Melissa was so sweet and understanding to my kids and made the experience one of the best, I will be coming back to this subway from here on out! The store was so clean and like I said the service was absolutely outstanding, I couldn't of asked for a better sub or subway artist!“

“From the get go this is one of my favorite Jimmy John's. The staff are pleasant and quick, and the food is always neatly made (frequent complaint with other JJ locations).

We got jokes from Joseph after ordering and waiting (briefly) for the sandwich and wraps.

I hope they keep the firecracker wrap as that's a great flavor combo, but I'll always have my Country Club as a standard fare option.“

“The lady behind the counter is amazing! She is there Monday through Friday until 4pm.
She is attentive, caring, and funny. She even wrapped my sandwich separately when I told her I was going to eat half of it later on. She deserves the world!“

“Had a very good experience at the West Avenue store on July 5, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. when we had to walk away from the airport Road store due to no service after being left for nine minutes and the employees at the West Avenue store greeted us immediately and felt badly because we hadn’t got good service at another location and they were so friendly and polite and apologized to us for the poor service coming from another subway and the sandwiches were awesome and we will be visiting the West Avenue store when we want a Subway sandwich we will be boycotting the airport Road store.“

“I had a worker named Melissa who made my food for me and my coworkers. She was a sweetheart! Not only was she sweet but she was on top of everything. She saw the large drink lids were running low and she quickly went and restocked them as well as the ice.I will absolutely be coming back!“
