Taco Bell in Jackson

“Drive thru experience. Waited a couple of mins but nothing worth complaining about. Food was great but my only complaint was that we had asked for soft tacos but received hard shell. At least we got the chicken meat inside the wrong shelled taco because of paying extra for it so it could've been worse lol. I love taco bell and I will not let this prevent me from coming back to this location. (:“

“Food was good, service was even better. My husband and I stopped in after a long day of helping my mom move into her new home. We came in exhausted and just wanted something quick. I asked the cashier what the difference was between the 90s Gordita Supreme and Cheesy Gordita Crunch and he nicely explained the differences. Overall, just really great customer service. Not sure if the name on the receipt is him but it shows Nickalie P. So thanks Nickalie.“
