Tim Hortons in Jackson

“Every day on my way to my very first Grown Up job (lol) I would stop here at this timmies. Every day. From the very beginning of this Timmies existing here, it was here for me. This place saw me through my first horrific heartbreak. This store got me through losing both grand parents.

This place was open for 24 hours at one point and It became a safe haven for night owls who sought quiet.

The manager here, Michelle remembered me, despite not having stepped foot in here in nearly 7 years.

I moved to Denver Colorado. There is not a single Coffee place there who could even compare to my Jackson timmies. That is very biased of me so no worries if this review doesn't do it for you.

But I need you all to know how important these small town staples are. sure its not a mom & pop shop

I'll say it here though: This place has always made me feel safe, welcome, and happy.

Late night ice cream was a treat I miss every day in Colorado.

I missed this place. Its the staff here that really made me feel the way I feel. Anyone could work here, but at the end of the day, the folks who are already here are basically family to me in some small or big way.

Jackson doesn't have much. In fact, everytime I return, there's less and less.
I'm thankful for this locations steadfast existence.

I'm so happy timmies came to Jackson. I miss it and as soon as I touch down in detroit airport, I'm thinking about donuts and coffee from this specific location.

I've even been to Canadian locations several times.

This is MY timmies tho.
I appreciate every single person who works here, and basically everyone who walks in (minus the one older gentleman who decided to start hitting the service bell over and over as I type this.)

As a mom driving home late from a family Christmas celebration, my kids were *hungry*—and gas station food just wasn’t going to cut it. Every fast-food place in town that Google said was “open” was closed. Even McDonald’s. We were tired, frustrated, and running out of options.

Then we found the **Tim Hortons on Airport Road in Jackson, MI**—and not only was it open at **11pm on Christmas Day**, but the **owner/boss herself was there**, supporting her staff after having already been on site since **4am Christmas Eve**. That alone says everything.

The food was warm, fast, and comforting—but what really stood out was the heart behind the operation. This wasn’t just a business staying open; this was someone showing up for their **team and their community** on a holiday when most places didn’t.

You fed tired kids, gave a worn-out mom a moment of relief, and reminded us what real leadership and community care looks like. Thank you to this Tim Hortons and to an owner who clearly leads by example. You were exactly what we needed when we needed it most. 💛“
