“Not my usual Tim Hortons, but I'm glad I stopped. The drive-thru cashier was friendly, the Iced Capps were perfect, and the hash browns were crisp without being rock-hard. They even threw in some cold ketchup unprompted 👍🏼“

“I’ve been going to this location for many years. I had a recent positive experience where a mistake was made with my coffee order…I didn’t taste it until I got to work and realized there was sugar added when I only ordered it with cream. I made a phone call and the gentleman on the phone was able to look up my order and realized they must have given me the order that was meant for the person behind me. He apologized and told me he’d write down my name for a free coffee the next time, which is much appreciated! I went the next morning and was able to get my coffee the way I wanted it. Thanks for the good customer service!“

“Love their coffee. The best! However the experience I just had tops their coffee. My car overheated at their drive-through. The manager came out immediately and with another man pushed my out of the way and figured out the problem. Then while I was waiting for my car to cool down, the manager (or owner) came out with a free box of donuts. How nice is that! A simple act of kindness turned my whole day around. I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name but THANK YOU!“

“Tims is a bit of a mixed bag here. I like the food. The wraps are solid, the breakfast sandwiches are top 5. They have thick boston cream custard donuts. Iced capp's are a classic. If you can ignore the other... issues, this is one of the better places for a snack in the meijer strip here.

Service is hit or miss. I don't take that out on the workers either. I know what burnout looks like. They also can't help when their grill is broken for a month, that's not on them. The parking lot is a warzone of cracked pavement, not on them either. But the tables could be clean, to-go orders could be ready, and orders gotta be correct in the bag. I'm not the guy that's going to come back for something missing, but I'll remember it.

Of the fast food in the area, this is probably #3 or 4.“

“We stopped at this Rim Hortons location as a large group. There were 7 of us that all walked in at once and ordered at the counter and the experience was fast and easy. The sandwiches were made hot and fresh and coffee was prepared as ordered. The dining room was mostly clean, but had room for us all to sit. There is a small fireplace in the corner.

Parking: There is a large free parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of kid friendly options.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is on the first floor and they have low top tables.“

“This tim hortons is really good the staff is always nice and friendly. They always say hi and get my stuff fast even when they real busy. Everybody seems to get along and help each other out.
The staff here is way better then some other places I been too. They work hard and are always nice to people. Food is good and my coffee always comes out good too. I like coming here alot.“
