I frequent this Bigby quite a bit but after today I’ll drive down to the one on E. Michigan instead. Leaving a customer sitting for over 20 minutes for an online order for 1 coffee even after the customer inquires about the order isn’t good customer service. Then proceeding to tell the customer it’s not the end of the world because I said I’d just like my money back is even worse. Not friendly…. Went inside this morning there are 4 ladies working not one said hello, when the lady came over to take my order it was a “what can I get you” the lady that made my coffee just yelled out what it was and walked away. Really wish they made you feel welcome and appreciated for stopping in. Almost like they all fear communicating except with each other..
