It’s not the normal super smooth cheeses cheese cake this has a beautiful texture as well as taste. I’m hooked! I’m hoping to try PB or Brownie Bottom or the PBBB next week for my bday. We used Berts for my daughter's wedding a month ago and we did a cake on each table instead of one big cake (we had many different food allergies.). everyone is still raving about the cakes! “Went for my birthday and the Nintendo event. Loved the ice cream and the staff were troopers. They had to deal with a Karen who was talk down to them. They stayed calm and professional, and made sure her bad attitude did not bring anyone else down. I applaud ya'll ? ??“
