“The Real Shawarma King, on Drake Road, is THE BEST Middle Eastern in the Kalamazoo area. Doing carry out or eat in, the service is great, they even offer a discount if paying cash. My favorites are the chicken shawarma wrap or falafel wrap. The hummus is outstanding, we also add some of the garlic sauce to it for "extra yummy" hummus. It is the smoothest, creamiest hummus I've ever eaten. The location needs a larger Parking lot however I wouldn't want them to move. Nice small restaurant with friendly staff and pleasant, simple, clean interior. Don't miss this little gem in a bustling area! You'll be sorry if you do.“
“This place opens so early it’s great. I foresee myself coming here simply for some drinks or breakfast after I work night shift. Staff is crazy friendly. Food was great for the most part. Was surprised by the lamb chops, not the best. But also had their sample plate with calamari and that was incredible. Little oily but cooked like perfectly. I’d come here solely just to eat that.“

“my husband and I and my sister was just there Thursday 3/22/23 and the food was better than I remembered and the coffee was fantastic im glad they had French vanilla creamer, my sister and I got the French toast with a side of ham and it was fantastic my husband got eggs, hashbrowns , toast , bacon and ham the service was fantastic as well .. I would definitely recommend this place 10/10“
“Portions are big and very satisfying. The food is so good! I had the mixed shwarma with hummus and a side of fries. They filled each large Togo box as much as they could fit and everything was delicious down to the Flatbread. Spectacular first impression and I can't wait to be a return customer!“
“Just tried your new Ft Wayne location yesterday. Having lived in Saudi Arabia for years, your food is as close to legit as I have found since moving back to the USA!! The chicken Schwarma and tabouli were soooo good!! The falafel was the best I have ever had!!! The pita bread was excellent that the Schwarma was made with!!! We will def make the 1.5 hour drive to go back and do it frequently!!!“
“I think it’s up for debate what our wedding guests loved more, seeing us get married or this food. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We were able to make a menu that not only accommodated vegans, vegetarians, nut allergies, and gluten sensitivities, but also provided a complete meal for those guests. We heard from just about every one of our 140+ guests how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Many of the guests were not familiar with Mediterranean food, but they left with a new favorite cuisine. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the process and were very enthusiastic about giving us the best experience possible. We would highly recommend them for anything from dining in to catering larger events.“
