Very fast and friendly service. The food was amazing but a bit pricey. I spent $32 (with 20% tip) on a meal plus a bowl of soup.
I ordered the steak sub and it was delicious. The steak was a bit chewy but worth it.

Excellent sandwiches, great service, and a picture of a patent of the toilet paper roll in the men's bathroom amused me!
Was here for lunch today service was much better than last time in, I did notice that the picture frames near the Hi top tables were filthy dust all over the return for the ac is caked with dust just blowing around in the restaurant. The place hasn’t been around that long to be that filthy

The Potbelly Sandwich Shop on Stadium Drive offers very fast and friendly service. Food is hot, fresh and very delicious. Guests often describe the steak sub as delicious, a bit chewy but worth it, and the sandwich as GREAT. Bread is soft but crunchy, bacon is crispy, and veggies are fresh as fresh could be. The staff is kind, professional and attentive; the man at the start of the process explains what is available and repeats kindly when needed. Prices are not bad and the meal can be a bit pricey but still considered good value. The restaurant is clean in most areas, though some dust was noticed near the Hi top tables and on picture frames. Restroom paper can be gummed up, but the manager quickly remade a stolen pickup order and added a free cookie. Wait time is about 20 minutes, with food arriving hot and fresh. Customers appreciate the great service, the fresh hot food and the friendly atmosphere. Overall the experience is smooth, enjoyable and an all‑around excellent visit, making Potbelly a welcome addition to the area. Price not bad either and the meal had meat and cheese on a sandwich that some find better than at subway. No line to order but a couple people still wait for their food.
