“My 9yo grandson wanted to try a new place to eat lunch today so he Googled restaurants nearby his home and thought this sounded good. So we went there and found his new favorite place to eat in the world! They had fresh cut fries which he raved about! Mimi, these are so good, way better than Mc Donald's! And those were his favorite fries , lol. He also got 1/4 BBQ chicken with spicy sauce, baked beans and garlic toast. I tried their Italian beef with peppers and onions. There was more food than we could eat and it was all delicious. The owner was very nice, helpful and personable but not intrusive at all. We required a to go container for my grandsons leftovers so he now had a full lunch for tomorrow as well. Food was very fresh and well made with large portions and the restaurant was clean and full of sports memorabilia. It's a delightful change from chain places and I highly recommend it.“

“I always stop by here before my infusion at the Cancer Center. The perfect stripes of mayo and mustard make it top notch. The staff always greet you and make sure the condiments are added just the way you like it. Fresh bread really makes the difference and those cookies look very tempting - gotta try them when I'm in town for my next appointment.“

My husband and I drive 20 minutes to go here at least once a week. Highly recommend the Philly! The fries are awesome and abundant. Love the lil extra in the bag and with malt vinegar, just like the fair! ?
It's also a fave with my son and daughter in law who recommend the Italian, which I would try if it wasn't for that Philly! I am sure I wouldn't be disappointed with anything I ordered. The staff is always attentive and accommodating. Think I have to make a trip tonight!! ?“

“I hadn't been to Jimmy John's until about r months ago. Now I go there every other week. I thought it was just another kind of subway, the food is way fresher here and it tastes so good. I get the hunters club with their jalapeño ranch sauce. Never had a better sub“

“This is the best Subway in the entire Kalamazoo area .. in fact it is one of the best in the county. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the food is fresh. “Freaky fast does not just apply to their delivery, it also applies to to their customer service! I have eaten at various Jimmy John locations too many times to count and have never had an issue with something I ordered in the store. Today I decided to try their online ordering because I was too busy to leave work for lunch. The food was delivered less than 10 minutes from when I ordered it, but unfortunately my sub came with tomato and onion on it when I asked for it without. I was disappointed since I had never had a problem with my order before, but I didn't want to call and wait for a new sandwich so I picked off the toppings I didn't want. I decided to leave some feedback on the website and was called within 5 minutes of submitting my feedback by someone in their corporate office. Then the store manager called me not even an hour later to personally apologize and offer me a credit for the amount I spent next time I call and order something. Now that is incredible customer service!! I wanted to return the favor and quickly write a review of my great experience. All restaurants make mistakes from time to time, but very few restaurants take the time to remedy them and keep their customers happy. Jimmy Johns definitely has my business!“

“I usually don’t do reviews but this place definitely needs the recognition. My boyfriend and I were really looking for a new type of place to eat at something a little more homey. When we saw this place we went in with normal expectations for the service was amazing. The people working were nothing but kind and charming, something about them made us feel so welcome. Let’s talk about the food though, When I tell you i’ve never had a better chicken sandwich I genuinely mean that. The portions were large, the prices were cheap. I loved it, will definitely become a regular place we go to.“

“I love subway flavor. Especially the new spicy pickle chips! Thanks for keeping those around!The workers are always hit or miss. The last few times I've been in for my normal sub with way too many pickles and olives, the request has been met perfectly.As for the atmosphere, it's always fairly drab compared to the old authentic look I remember from childhood. Bring back authentic subway and do away with this modern nonsense.That said, I will be back. More than I should. Because subway is my weakness. I love you subway.

Vegetarian options: As a meat eater with a vegetarian partner, I can't help but think veggie subs should be even cheaper. Without the protein, the subs cannot be nearly the same price. You are taking advantage of those who chose not to eat meat. Seems counterproductive but I get it, capitalism wins.That's my two cents.“

“Was only one worker and she had a sling while working through tears, apparently she has a hernia in her disk and decided to come to work out of fear of being fired, my son and I felt bad for her and told her to take her time and that it was okay, we made sure she did not exert herself with sandwich making, she did well and feel she deserves a raise and paid time off to heal, her name is Alicia and she deserves an excellent compliment from everyone when you visit here“

The crew went above and beyond to contact me to let me know they believed my card information was stolen and was being used to place several back to back orders at their store.I hung up and blocked the first caller after assuming it was a scam (poor phone service on my end made the callers voice inaudible + I’d never lived in, near, or even been to Michigan before). The staff continued to make efforts to contact me from their personal phones, and when I finally answered again they alerted me of the theft. Because of their quick thinking and continued efforts to call me, I was able to cancel my card quickly without any major purchases going through! Their local police even got ahold of me with case number to give my bank to ensure I would be refunded.I can’t thank them enough for their consideration and kindness towards me!!“
