“I had the pleasure of meeting Reiss when I stopped to get a Sloppy Joe on Monday. When I was got in my car to leave my parking brake was stuck on and I had to get it towed. While I waited for two hours for them to arrive Reiss came out 3 different times to see if I needed anything. I truly appreciated his willingness to help he was so kind. He runs a great Dairy Queen, everyone that stopped was pleased with his service.“

“Absolutely one of the best fast, non-fast food establishments Ive been to. The owner is amazing, friendly and nice. Who gets treated nice anymore anywhere?!!! We did!!!! My 7-yr old nephew Max and I went in to pick-up food for our family and the owner was absolutely amazing. We had just got our power back and it wasnt a great day --- he changed that with his attitude and friendliness. My nephew talked about him all night! When does this happen. The food was amazing. “Been a patron of this established for about 10 years now, and it's a staple. It's a tried and true, coney island with your iconic breakfast and other dishes. I'm a huge fan of their breakfast and just recently started bringing my son in with me, who is a huge fan of their scrambled eggs. The staff there are so engaging and lovely to talk to. It's a really nice hometown feel that you really can't find anymore. I love it.“

“I usually LOVE this place. But the food has been very inconsistent lately at the Troy, MI location. I get the same thing every week. And every week it’s a little different. I get the mixed platter. Last week there was no sauce, and I always order extra on the side, but the little cup was only half full. So, no sauce on the platter, and barely any on the side. This week there were more onions than gyro/chicken. Barely any meat; very meager portion. And still, side of sauce only half full. Super disappointed. I’ll give them one more chance, then I’ll have to stop giving them my business.“

“I came in today for the first time and decided to try the Hey Phil with a side of fries, BB-style, while my coworker got the Double Cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. Everything was absolutely delicious! Honestly, probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in the area. 🍔🍟

The atmosphere was really nice, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. While we were there, a customer came in and started complaining loudly about the prices and the fact that they didn’t offer combos—before he had even ordered. It was pretty clear he was already upset and seemed like the kind of person who probably wouldn’t have been satisfied no matter what. I was especially impressed with how professionally and calmly the staff handled the situation. They remained respectful and continued providing great customer service.

“Saw a video about how good Five Guys burgers so decided to try it out. At first I was hesitant because of the price but you get what you pay for in flavor, juiciness, and customer service. Went with my girlfriend and we decided to share fries and a drink. They gave us two cups to split the fries into and when I forgot about my drink and went up to get it and pay the guy at the register said it was on the house, that really made my day and is making want to come again soon!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
