“It was my first time dining at STH and it wouldn’t be the last. My crab cake appetizer was great and I had the Chuckawalla chicken without the goat cheese and it was delicious. While I was placing my order our waitress asked if I was happy with the sides it came with or if I’d like to change them. No one has ever asked that before. I had the asparagus and swapped out the mashed potatoes for the brussel sprouts. The only thing that could have been better was if the asparagus had been seasoned better. A little salt and pepper fixed that. An all around great experience.“

“This diner is me and my father's FAVORITE place EVER. We go there almost every weekend, and the food is always delicious! The employees are always very nice and know us, and the drawings left by one of the employees that are at the register glass are lovely. “My super significant other loves apple bees. She has a nostalgic filter that often brings it up for a dinner pick. Although for a tried and true representation of that child like family fun or the aforementioned nostalgia; The Auburn hills branch represents it the best! Compliments to the whole staff, kitchen and floor staff included. Everyone was very friendly and complimentary to our outfits as we were coming in and leaving. Waiters and waitresses alike, that weren't even ours seem to appreciate us as well! “My mom and I stopped in to pick up a carryout after running errands. Wow! The service was incredible. The cashier/waitress was friendly and took our order right away. She was cheerful and polite. Within a few minutes our order was ready to go. The other waitress walked out to-go order over to us. Very good customer service and our lunch was fantastic, hot and fresh. This is great to know since we're over in the area quite frequently. Plus, I saw in the cooler they had slices of cake and pie that looked beyond delicious. “I usually LOVE this place. But the food has been very inconsistent lately at the Troy, MI location. I get the same thing every week. And every week it’s a little different. I get the mixed platter. Last week there was no sauce, and I always order extra on the side, but the little cup was only half full. So, no sauce on the platter, and barely any on the side. This week there were more onions than gyro/chicken. Barely any meat; very meager portion. And still, side of sauce only half full. Super disappointed. I’ll give them one more chance, then I’ll have to stop giving them my business.“

The bartenders Sam and Bri were super attentive to not only my party but the customers at the bar. “When sitting customers with small children/3 yrs old or younger you should take an account where you're placing them. To have a screaming 3-year-old sitting by our group of adults, having cocktails was not enjoyable. We could not have a conversation. We unfortunately, had to cut our day short because of this. I was and will remain very disappointed. I was a server for years and never did this. We had a policy and followed it regardless of what the customer wanted. Family should be sick with families. A group of adults should be placed with other groups of adults. We should not have to watch what we're saying and how we're saying it.“

“Such a lively place in downtown Birmingham! The burger here is one of my favorites in the area. The grilled cheese and the tenderloin appetizer were some other favorites. The nachos and buffalo wings have also been recommended by other people. Service was very efficient and friendly.“

“I enjoy this Coney. My family of four comes often. The staff has always been pleasant and the service is fast. My one complaint is the women's bathroom. The towels always seem to be on the counter getting wet from people using wet hands to get some. A little tlc would go a long way in the bathroom. I wish more restaurants would pay attention to that part of the business.“

The burgers were huge, every portion felt super filling, and we even had leftovers. We're so excited to come back and try more of the menu!“

“The original Lefty's cheesesteak and the bbq brisket hoagie are our favorite sandwiches. The bbq brisket fries are just as amazing. We've tried almost all the sides, the sliders, the wings and a couple cheesecakes. We still have many sandwiches to try, including the corned beef. We are so happy to have you in Walled Lake, especially because you stay open later than most places. Great team and great food!“
