“Absolutely fantastic old school bar. Friendly patrons and a friendly owner. It is a great place to hang out and have a few beers. Lots of history; the building turns 100 this year. Cash only and no food, so be prepared. I will definitely come back here.“

“It's a hole in the wall bar. Which those are the ones I like. The only thing I had an issue with isn't with the staff. There was no real issues by any means. I was just looking forward to having a night of playing pool with my husband and next thing we knew quarters were laid on the table, over and over and over... and over.... and over... when we walked in no one was even using the pool table. It was still a lovely night, and still had a good night. The people just seem pretty competitive here, one guy was trying to be a shark, at least on that night. I only got 1 game with my husband.“

“Great “hole in the wall” place. It’s right off of route 75. Had a good seasonal beer and great pub food. The toasted subs were great and the small is plenty if you get a dipster as an app. We ate outside on the deck overlooking the River Raisin.“

“First time eating here. The hamburgers are absolutely amazing. I think that the floor could use one more helper on Friday nights to help with service. That’s a lot of work for one person to handle bartering and serving. Wowza! BUT make no mistake the food made up for it all. We will be back!!!!“

“I had the beast burger deluxe on a homemade bun. Best burger I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection (medium). John was our congenial server. The atmosphere is homey, very comfortable! I cannot believe I've driven by this hidden gem for years! 1st time here and I will definitely return!!“

“Writing this review as I sit in the booth! Hands down best bacon cheeseburger I've had in a while and thats saying something! Wish I had a place like this back home and next time I make the trip out I will be back again! Great music with a jukebox for personal picks! Overall awesome space and kept very clean!“

“The Open Faced Prime Rib sandwich, was the best I have had since Red Wells closed their doors. The meat is so flavorful. My waitress Karley who was the sweetest thing, told me they slow roast the meat then slice it. We had the Hocus Pocus Marg flight. Sooo cute and so yummy. The place is gorgeous.“
