“The place was very clean. They were very busy, so at first took a minute for a waitress to come. When she did come, she was attentive, friendly and courteous! The restroom was very clean. Everyone has fun singing and laughing!Kid-friendliness: The karaoke was fun for the whole family. The kids had a blast trying to do their favorites.“
“Langston bar has the best wet burritos! I love ordering extra for lunches after in the week. They will put the veggies separately for you so when you heat the burritos up they do get mushy. The staff is always making sure your drinks are full.“
“This is one of the best places to eat on the mountain. The atmosphere is cozy and the food is great. They have a good wine selection and their food is great. The lavender cremebrule is especially good here.It can be a little hard to get in on the holidays as this place can get very busy. It would be nice to see some new items on the menu.Vegetarian options: There is not a good selection for vegan options here. If you are vegan, would suggest a different establishment.Parking: There is parking on the street but it fills up quickly. There is also a small parking lot in the back that is usually full.“
“It's a dive bar for sure, but there's nothing bad about that. The food is great, the bartenders are nice, and relatively quick on their feet. The people are all welcoming and social, and it's a great place to be to knock a couple cold ones back with the boys. Multiple tv's so you don't miss either of the games that are on. Go Lions!Vegetarian options: there's quite a few things with vegetarian alternativesParking: there's a section for bikes only, and there's a bunch of regular parking spots aside from thatKid-friendliness: kids are welcome until 9 pmWheelchair accessibility: there's a side door with an accessible ramp“
“Definitely a small town little bar, but the food is good and the drinks are well priced, and even mixed well! Friendly staff. Don't let the size scare you away, I suggest the nachos if you're looking for something good, great to split! Oh!!! And their hamburgers are great too! If you're nearby, don't worry about having to drive anywhere else. Worth the business!“
“10+ years ago, I was coming back from a trip with some friends and we tried to stop here for food but it was too close to closing time for me to push the staff. Instead we drove further into GR and forgot all about it until this weekend, where I found myself sorta lost on those roads less traveled, and found the Clifford Lake Inn. Coming in from the cold, the place welcomes with a warm cozy little bar and live music that was enjoyable. The atmosphere was easygoing and the place a true classic that earned its patina. Bartender was friendly to this stranger and recommended the fish & chips which was delicious. I love finding places like this. Recommended!!!“
“This place offers terrific food for the value, and we always enjoy the fare. Service is great in the respect that they check in you, and the people are wonderful. The only think I noticed is that we seldom get silverware at our table. Not a deal breaker since I usually order finger food. Try the tacos!“
“We rented a home on Cowden Lake and found this place while out and about. Cute little downtown area with a few shops. Our family of five (with 3 teens) all enjoyed the food and the service. Tasty food, friendly people! We went back twice more during the week.“
