“Just ordered some food about 30 minutes ago in the drive thru. The staff were super friendly! The wait for the food was also short! On other dates when I have ordered here things have been good too. Today was excellent service so that is why I am leaving a review!“
“Served me up one of the best dang meals I've ever had from a Lansing Burger King, every other one here is trash in comparison. The nuggets were piping hot and crispy, the burger had perfect sauce to patty ratio and wasn't gooped up in the bag like they slathered it in mayonnaise and threw it against the wall(seems to be a BK tradition but not at this place) my only complaint were the onion rings were kinda old but I still ate them so who cares. Thanks for a good meal“
“I eat breakfast from here twice a week on my way to work. My food is always hot and fresh. Not only that but the customer service is extremely good. The man who runs the drive thru in the morning does an amazing job of making customers feel welcome and he is very personable. If I were his manager I'd give him a raise. I recently tried a different location and it was the complete opposite experience. I will only visit this location from now on!
Update: This has continued to be the best customer service and freshest food i've recieved at any BK. 10/10 recommend. For it being so early when I go, the morning crew sure is happy and it's a great way to start my day.“
“I was Shocked. I have not been to a Burger King in years. I ordered a #1 whopper w/ fries it was excellent fries were hot, whopper tasted just like the old days. Great service I went through the drive through. I'll be going back for the original chicken sandwich.“
“Thanks for being there for me late at night!! I didn’t mind waiting for the food because it came out correctly with my substitutions and a lot of it was hot. Some items can be hit or miss but considering nothing is open late in this town anymore, I’m very grateful.“
“Little confusion with our order but there was a new employee that apologized right away along with letting us know she was new and was going to get her supervisor to help and it was nice to know what was happening and why and ahe remained calm and pleasant while apologizing as well as asked us if we wanted a free beverage for the confusion. We kindly declined and told her thank you and let her know she was doing an amazing job and that her customer service skills are great and to keep smiling. Customer service now days really stinks but this young lady had a refreshing vibe . Restores my faith back in customer service!“
