Capital City Sweets is a charming place with bright and spacious decor. The ice cream and cookie dough are perfection. The edible cookie dough, including chocolate chip and m&m, is amazing. Great service is provided every time. The place has a nice variety of creations and a pleasant atmosphere. Parking is available right behind the store. Capital City Sweets is highly recommended and definitely worth a visit for those with a sweet tooth.
