Lovely little coffee shop! I enjoy their Westside location and am so glad to have a spot on the Eastside that is more convenient for me. The space is bright and welcoming, the baristas have always been friendly and helpful, and the staff has been very accommodating of my service dog and I. They even asked and provided him with a pup cup during our last visit! (To be clear, they are not a pet friendly business and only allow service animals per the ADA.)

My 2 friends and I went in on Veterans Day and we were greeted with poor attitudes. We have never been there and it seemed to be an inconvenience to them that we were asking questions about the products and items they were serving. The cashier was no kind at all they all seemed like they hated being there and had no energy like a coffee shop would provide.
