“Our high school golf team was in town for a tournament and I ordered pizza from Blaze. The door dash driver went to the wrong address/only picked up half our order. I called and talked to Anthony at Blaze. He was super friendly and professional. He remade our order free of charge and gave us some cookies for the inconvenience. It was not his fault whatsoever. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't owe us anything. It is rare to get solid customer service anywhere. I would order from them again.“

Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? “I liked one of the promotions Arby's had going on. However, trying to use the app and order "online specials" has been quite the challenge. The app is horrible, from not being able to add items to not offering Diet Coke with some combos, amongst other issue!

In my frustration, while in the parking lot, I apparently ordered for the wrong location. But thanks to the Manager (along with his employee) they stepped in and made the situation right. Probably the best customer care/service I have had at a Lansing Arby's! And that is going back many years. Thanks again, continue to go the extra step and make potato cake permanent!“

I went back inside to let the staff know, and they went to the manager to show him What was wrong. Ali was The manager on duty and was very apologetic and made it right immediately. I appreciate his diligence and his willingness to make sure that the customer was happy and I left very satisfied. “I have lived around here a while now and frequented this Taco Bell often. What I have seen is a continual effort to be better. I honestly believe the staff puts in real effort and works hard. I had previously rated this place lower, but the staff are great. The only issue this place ever has it that it the only place open after midnight. It’s not uncommon to see long drive through line, but I no doubt that they are working as fast as anyone would. The few times there has ever been any issue they have fixed it. Tonight I ordered through a third party and a side sauce was missing (2AM on a Saturday ) I called, and put in another delivery and they added everything missing. Even though I’m sure they were swamped they went out of their way to make it right“

“I'm in sales,on the road frequently. Today, I needed a place to do some computer work and was in the lobby for 2 hours doing computer work and observing the team while working.
All I have to say....... This team ROCKS! Friendly, helpful, professional! The food was HOT, fresh, and my oder was correct! They even politely delivered to my table! Best McDonalds I've been to in a LONG TIME!!! It made me smile watching this team work together, and perform during lunch rush!“
