McDonald's in Lansing

“I'm in sales,on the road frequently. Today, I needed a place to do some computer work and was in the lobby for 2 hours doing computer work and observing the team while working.
All I have to say....... This team ROCKS! Friendly, helpful, professional! The food was HOT, fresh, and my oder was correct! They even politely delivered to my table! Best McDonalds I've been to in a LONG TIME!!! It made me smile watching this team work together, and perform during lunch rush!“

“Waiting forever in line finally got the food it was cold nasty that's why I don't go to McDonald's very often anymore because the food is always cold or it's not right or they forgot something or it takes forever and the fries are not your famous fries anymore they suck because they're not hot and fresh“

“This is the best McDonald's in the Lansing area as far as I'm concerned. The employees are always great and very kind, the food is fresh and hot 9 out of 10 times, and the restaurant is always very clean. I don't eat fast food a lot, but if a craving kicks in, or my family and I are out and need to eat quick, we'll choose this specific McDonald's over most other fast food restaurants near by.“

“I had left a bad review awhile back. They've gotten much better. Still fast food, so have realistic expectations, but for a McDonald's they're top-notch; in particular the current managers seem to really care about getting things right and listening to customers when there's problems.“

“One of the better McDonald's I have ever visited. I eat at McDonald's on a regular basis. I've enjoyed their menu since I was 16, I worked the grill during the summers. Just wanted to add being a Veteran, staff gave me a free meal on Veterans Day. I was treated with respect.

“It was a good experience. ordered 10pc chicken nuggets with fries, The fries felt hot and fresh. The chicken nuggets were crispy and enjoyable but they forgot 2 of my nuggets not a big deal but I would have liked to have those 2 chicken nuggets. Very good food though very friendly.“

“I went through the drive thru tonight (11-5-25) at approximately 615pm-630pm.
I ordered a large coffee, 2 pies and a mcdouble. They were out of pumpkin pies and so I ordered apple pies. Proceeded to the pay window (very polite and friendly kid), he was wearing Lego earrings. I wish I had his name. Excellent service on his part.
Then went to the the pick up window. Was offered cookies in place of the pies. There would be a 12 minute wait for pies (was not informed of the wait at the ordering station).
I wanted pies and asked for a refund, which was granted. 2 minutes passed by after the refund and was handed a bag which contained the mcdouble and 1 pie (which was odd because previously informed of the 12 minute wait on pies).

Attendant proceeded about their work and didn't say anything about the coffee. I continued to wait 5 more minutes. Other vehicles began to form a line behind me. I was then asked to move forward and the coffee would be brought out (I was never informed there was a wait). I did as I was asked. The vehicles behind me were taken care of one by one. An attendant came out to have me move further up as I noticed another car behind me had to wait as well. Again no mention how long it would be for the coffee.

The vehicle waiting behind me was taken care as well as another vehicle in parking lot (who I didn't notice was waiting) were given their order.

I was tired and had another 50 minute drive home ahead me. I decided to leave.
For whatever reason this place was hopefully just having a bad time, although it did not appear to be that busy. Only one person inside placing an order. Perhaps they just went through a heavy rush of customers and I caught the tail end of a busy period.

Suffice to say, better communication would be helpful and perhaps an apology for the time delay in product not readily available. Let's focus on customer service and this place would be fine.“

“Unless I got lucky on this round With all the negatives that I've been seeing here this is probably one of the second best McDonald's, as I've ever eaten at in the lansing holt I had ordered two double cheeseburgers and my burgers are usually Dry and salty, but these double cheeseburgers tasted like they were the cook to order burgers. Was on point and probably had some of the best quality. I've tasted from any McDonald's in a while. Whoever you guys had working today around 2pm good job on the food. Wish all the other mcdonalds in the are could have good quailty like today“

“Although it took a little while to get my fries via the drive thru, the girl working the first window this particular night (11/26/25) was very nice and went to grab my order instead of having to wait for the 2nd window. Based on the reviews I've read, she seems like she's one of a few employees that actually appreciates having a job and work ethics (pay raise for her 😅)“

“I came in to deliver for grubhub. I havent eaten McD food in many years. The eating area was very dirty and unkempt for a while.
The positive was the young girl up front delivering the food and getting names. She was rocking it, and was very calm and collected. The place would not run as smoothly is she wasn't there. Teenager with a gray purplish long wig. Give her a raise.“

“Early morning errands had me out and about and I took my pup (Doxie) so when I got my running around done. I was wanting something for breakfast and my little man did too. I used the drive through because I had my pup with me. Double drive through makes quick business of it too.
The food was freshly made and HOT. I HATE spending good money for cold food. The meal was fresh, hot and delicious. My Doxie will second that.
We chose 2 sausage egg biscuits and 2 hash browns I stack mine and broke down my little man's into small pieces for him. 5 Stars for breakfast for sure“
