I wish I could give a better review, and maybe it was just a bad day. For us, Steak 'N Shake is a treat, since we don't have any in Canada. So, we stop in when we see them to grab a meal. However, on March 24 we were ready to ask for our money back and go elsewhere. We came here on Easter, and were greeted with friendly service. It was my first experience with the kiosk style ordering, but there were really nice guys working at this location who showed me how to scan my drink ticket. Will be back!
