Tldr: This place can be hit or miss, but usually a miss.
The fries are almost always a range lukewarm to cold. Today I ordered a pretzel pub. When I got to the window, they asked if they could use a regular bun since the pretzel buns were all frozen. I said that was fine, but when they got back with my food, they said they were able to find another pretzel bun. That was a little suspicious, but I just took my food and left. Two things that I'd like to say about this particular Wendy's.
One, apparently it runs on elf magic according to the photo.
And two, the staff here are amazing. When we arrived they were overwhelmed and understaffed. You could tell that the shift manager was a little bit stressed. But that's because he was trying the best that he could.
We got our food and it was made well. It did take a minute, but that's what happens when a place is understaffed and incredibly...read full review

They get the order right but I swear it takes at least 20 minutes to get food here every time I come. Multiple cars will leave the line because it take so long
